Just stayed for one day, but it took 2 hours to check in. Not how I expected to spend the afternoon. Junior suite was roomy, though.

Très bel hôtel propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin;air climatisé,Wi-Fi,lit de qualité king size,cuisinette avec frigo,balcon,2 piscines chauffées avec transat sur la plage,spa,beaucoup d'activités,fitness,idéal pour les familles.

La crecería had wonderful service. Emile’s and Monica were wonderful fulfilling our orders. They always greet us with a smile and had small talk with us. It was very pleasant to have them and to helped getting our service by them. Good experience

Alondra in concierge she was wonderful. What questions or help we needed she helped us with no hesitation. Mexican fiesta was nice. We enjoyed the patron restaurant the food very good. The activities were great did everything. Are room is nice .

Alondra from concierge and The team for members are amazing Ana, Monse y Veronica always nice girls, Ivan from check in very fast y always attend. I love villa del palmar it’s my home. Mexican fiesta was very nice. Leo made a very delicious margaritas.

Needs to be updated.. very safe environment..Staff very friendly and helpful
Beach area very nice and accessible
Rooms need to be better regulated as to the humidity.. noted a fair amount of air filtering through the door frame!
