Wonderful facilities. The bed is super comfortable. It’s a destination. More like a 4.5 star hotel than a 4 star. Make sure to check the hotel room type to get an ocean view if possible. Public area is awesome and a destination for locals and tourists.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare, primarily due to the concierge, Tayna. She was nothing more than a relentless timeshare trap, offering no real assistance whatsoever. When I refused to purchase a timeshare, the staff became outright hostile and rude. They wouldn't even let me bring my own water to the pool and demanded that I buy overpriced water from the bar to take my necessary medication. They also refused to let me use my own bottle of water from the room. Upon arrival, they forced me to sign a contract in Spanish, refusing to provide an English version. When I explained that I didn't understand, they claimed it was just for the room deposit and would be released when I left. I don't appreciate shady practices like this. The service was beyond atrocious, and nowhere on their website do they disclose that this is a timeshare operation. This place is a complete scam. Do not fall for it! Avoid at all costs!

Paper thin connecting door to the room next door. I could hear every word they said. They have young straight guys peddling overpriced massages all day long at the pool. Feels weird.

This hotel was beautiful, the staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and beach options and the full service restaurant on property. It was modern and updated with beautiful bathroom. The concierge Hector was especially helpful and so was the front end valet.

Have stayed here many times and I love it. Great beach front club plus a roof pool. Rooms are nice and staff is amazing. Very walkable to town.

I cannot get wifi in my room and i have told them 5 times that i need to be relocated to the main building. No one will listen to me. I have to get online to work. My room is in another building and the connecting door to the room next door is basically non existent. I can hear every word the people in the room say. It’s really a bummer and a really bad experience. Stay away from room 214
