The experience was terrible, we found the hotel very expensive for how it really is, the facilities are ugly and the service was very bad. We would definitely never go back.

Excellent hotel, clean, staffs friendly have free show every night at 9 pm but I don't enjoy the variety because only local stay , the beach not clear water dirty and on the beach I want to relax, enjoy the sun to get tan local come by to sale stuffs so annoying. I won't come back again. Sorry to say . I rather stay at my home go to my home beach . disappointed.

Danny at the front desk is fantastic! The best customer service in Mexico or anywhere!
Some of the Ala Carte restaurants were either very short staffed or disorganized. One dinner took over 3 hours- mostly waiting. Food is good otherwise. This was our 5th trip to PV, we will be back!

I read many of the reviews complaining about the food, the service and the condition of the resort. I stayed there for 6 nights and yes the rooms are older, but they are clean and housekeeping does a great job. There were great options for breakfast (some reviews said there were powdered eggs and bee's on the fruit) i had custome made omelets every morning with fresh eggs and lots of fruit, but no bees. I also stayed in the older part of the resort, this is a 3 to 4 star resort, but for the price its a great value.

El hotel es pequeño pero se complementa con el hotel familiar, la comida en los bufete es regular, pero es buena en los restaurantes de reserva y el trato es bueno. El hotel ya tiene tiempo pero está bien mantenido.

La mayoría de los recepcionistas muy groseros. Vamos seguido a Vallarta porque ahí vive mi hijo y vamos única y exclusivamente a verlo a él. Pagamos day pass para que esté con nosotros y solo lo dejaron estar tres horas, además de que los recepcionistas lo trataban horrible como si no fuera parte de mi familia. Yo pagué su pase así es que no sé por qué lo trataban horrible. El concierge es lo mejor del personal. A la habitación le falta mantenimiento, el teléfono no servía, el cerrojo del balcón tampoco servía, y el foco del ventilador tampoco. Limpieza de la habitación bien. Albercas bien. Comida regular. El resto del personal muy amable.
