The room facilities are too bad. The location is great. Just downstairs is the seaside. It is an old hotel. I stayed here for 4 days. Breakfast was so so.

We absolutely loved the hotel when we got here, however after check in, the air conditioning went out and was it hot. The ceiling fan didnt help, and when we called the front desk we were just told its being worked on. The deak clerk was not very understanding or polite. Just kept saying its being worked on. I understand equipment breaks but in this climate with no breeze, it was nearly impossible to sleep due to the stagnant air in our room. I even asked if we could move to another building regardless that we paid for an ocean view room, we just wanted to be comfortable and enjoy our selves and maybe get a good night sleep. This was very upsetting and we will never be back to this hotel again.

Excelente servicio muy amables solo las bebidas muy feas las hacen muy ala carrera de ahí todo muy bien la comida muy rica ☺️ los meseros recamareras y todo muy muy excelente las albercas muy limpias los elevadores están muy lentos los mapaches deben de darles de comer

I came on vacation with my mom, and I really like this resort a lot. The scenery and people were fantasic. The food was really delicious. Monica was really, really, nice & she helped my stay at the hotel much better! The resort room was really nice and spacious too!

website says " for breakfast, lunch and dinner you have a choice of 3 restaurants" Not true. there was only one open at a time , and the only way to know which one, was to actually walk by it. Bars were never open at the same time or even at the place. Individual staff members were great, management and communication ******
