Beautiful hotel on the lake. Friendly helpful staff at the front desk. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant that night after a long full day, we didn’t fell like going out. Very good service and above average food. Nice wine list, and a very lively bar attached to the restaurant. Breakfast was above average. A good choice when in Puerto Varas.

Nice spacious rooms, good location. Rooms facing the lake must be noisy. Better to stay not facing the water; no view but probably quieter. Adequate breakfast, nothing unusual. We had an issue/special request and it was addressed quickly and well.

Buen hotel, con muy buenas instalaciones, bien ubicado, habitaciones amplias, baño con ducha y tina separadas. Con hervidor electrico, un imprescindible para mi. Desayuno muy completo. Una gran opcion en Puerto Varas. Muy recomendable

Es un hotel sin el mantenimiento adecuado, los baños son de pésima calidad, al momento de la ducha se sale el agua, y solo dejan una toalla para el piso. El aseo en las habitaciones es de malo, no siempre ordenan o limpian, solo reponen. Para ser una cadena hotelera grande, son muy apretados con el agua, ni siquiera eso te dejan a diario, uno tenía que pedir a diario. Desayuno pobre, sin mucha variedad, creo que este hotel solo tiene el nombre, porque en hoteles de 4 estrellas atienden y entregan un servicio de mayor calidad. Hubo demora con la entrega de la habitación, y desde la recepción solo comentaron que sentían la demora, no fueron capaces de ofrecer un vaso de agua mientras esperabámos nada. Le pedí un café a la chica de la recepción y me respondió que tiene que hablar con su jefe.

My stay was replete with issues. The volume of my TV did not work. The electric outlets in my room did not work. When the housekeepers cleaned the room each day, they never left towels. So I had to call reception two days in a row to request them, the phone ringing off the hook because the reception staff don’t pick up if they are talking to a guest in front of them. Reception needs more staffing. Some of the employees ant reception were rude and argued with me about certain things. Unacceptable— need better customer service training. Only staff member who was remotely professional was Jose Alfredo who helped me change rooms. I would never stay here again.

O hotel é mto bom!!! Com camas deliciosas e limpas!!! Quarto com vista pro Osorno!!! Localização maravilhosa!!! Perto de tudo!!! Lojas e restaurantes!!!! O café da manhã é bom! Com 3 opções de frutas! Cereais! Muitas opções de pães!!!! Ovos!!!! Salsicha! Bacon! Suco!!! Leite café!!! Mas pra quem é alérgico não tem nada exposto! Somente se vc pedir pra garçonete elas trazem pão sem glúten!!! Também não vi opções de leite vegetal!!!!
