The hotel itself was lovely and very warm and comfy. The restaurant isn't in the same building, but not a drama, but for our supper we got charged nearly 100 thousand pesos, ny partners had eaten his food before I got my steak, out potatoes and chips were cold, and by time my steak finally arrived my chips were totally cold. Breakfast was fine and plentiful.

Destaco la calidez del personal, instalaciones y cercanía a lugares. Tiene estacionamiento para huéspedes. Desayuno muy bueno. Sistema de agendamiento virtual de piscina, sauna, y masajes no funciona bien, pedí un masaje y llegaron 40 min tarde, la chica me cobró en el momento y pidió propina plop. Lo malo: la habitación tenía pésima iluminación, muy tenue, toallas viejas y con manchas, shampoo y balsamo pésimos, no hay mini bar.

This property has a beautiful view. That's all. The room ($200 us) had NO amenities. No Kleenex. One plug. Very weird addition to be used as (closet?). Ancient fixtures in the bathroom. Missing a lampshade and none of the lights matched. Basically it had no decor. No coffee. Rug was threadbare. Towel warmer didn't work. We have stayed at Motel 6's that had more amenities and more charm. The lobby is very nice. The breakfast was quite large and varied. I think it was very overpriced.

O quarto é simples mas bem aconchegante e super limpo, os amenites são ótimos , o café da manhã é variado, mas simples para um hotel quatro estrela o restaurante tem bastante variedade de mas o valor é mais caro do que outros próximos a decoração do hotel e muito bonita
