The hotel is excellent. Nice location and beautiful view.

The food was varied from day to day, and was fairly pleasant. The pool was spacious, even when busy, and the drinks and snacks were good. Staff were super friendly, and the AC was just cool enough.

Excellent treatment and experience at the Hotel. Isabel from Reception and Elvira in the Dining Room showed a professional and detailed treatment in all interventions and resolved doubts. All the staff very friendly and cordial. Excellent beds and very good entertainment. The night with a great flamenco tablao and the food in the dining room varied and fresh.

Clean room, friendly staff

Great hotel, very clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me as I get anxiety and felt my room balcony was too high so they moved my room for me at no extra cost and in the middle of the night (late flight) The entertainment was great on a few nights, other nights the entertainment was more suited for young children. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend! Thanks!

Had a lovely short break at the hotel. Rooms were basic but nice and clean. Hotel was really well kept and modern. Pool area had everything you need and was really relaxing. A special mention to Anna who was a new member of the Best Delta team. She was so lovely to me and my friend and made us feel really safe. She was very chatty and informative! Overall, a lovely hotel for a summer break!!

The best hotel, amazing stuff, super friendly, professional. great food choices. Cleaning is good. Rooms are spacious. It was not our first time. They improved a lot. Animation for kids, games for families, live shows. Great Place To spend your summer holidays.

Very spacious room, complimentary soft drinks in fridge, large bathroom with bath and toiletries. Only criticism was the TV for the English channels did not have reliable signal but I did not inform the staff. The breakfast was excellent.

We came with our whole family of 15 including 8 children. The pool area was great and the children’s pool area was one of the better ones we have been to with the smaller kids on the pirate ship slides and bigger kids on the large slides. The hotel it’s self was nice and clean, our room was a family room however we were surprised to find it was 2 separate rooms with adjoining doors so it offered ample space and 2 bathrooms to get ready in so was a nice touch. When it comes to the restaurant, we read lots of reviews saying the food was good which was a deciding factor in picking this hotel. However we didn’t find it that great. For a family hotel they didn’t seem to cater for children. There was only glass cups, no squash juice for kids with dinner so was water only or fizzy drinks. Some of the children with us were quite fussy eaters and we were really supposed to see that there wasn’t any kind of kiddies food options like nuggets / fish fingers / peas / sweetcorn / baked beans etc. It resulted in some of them resorting to chips with a banana on the side. 3 people in our party had undercooked chicken on the fresh grill section however mine was always perfectly cooked. The drinks are table service and there is very little staff serving drinks especially for all inclusive. Same for all bars really. The thing that bugged us was the evening kids entertainment. It started at 8pm - 8:30pm but the restaurant didn’t open for dinner until 7:30pm so you have to get into the restaurant eat and be back down in less than half an hour or have dinner after.
