Room is not cleaned properly. Sink water is falling in bathroom. No room service. No one to carry the luggage. They will just handover the room key and after that everything you need to find by yourself.

Worst room service and reception staff. Rude ***ager. Tv, landline were not working. Restaurant staff and ground staff are good.

First of all, room was very average not at all deserving the cost. Receptionist was inefficient as even after multiple calls, she did not help with tv channels. Landline phone in the room was not working, phone number given was engaged for almost an hour and no call back. If you have to go for lunch or dinner, you have to call the reception for a mini cab which will then take you to the restaurant, had to wait for almost an hour to get the cab for restaurant. Early morning suddenly service boy opened the door without even knocking when we were sleeping - is this how you breach privacy of your customers? food was not tasty at all, but prices were sky high. I don't recommend this place.

Sunny's world is an amazing property which can do exceptionally well. The one thing holding them back is service. Booked one night stay with them, faced in all within that span - construction noise, jammed doors, amenities not working, dirty upholstery, delayed responses and rude staff. Upside : beautiful location
got upgraded to cottage room after noise complaint
ruby restaurants breakfast staff was super helpful downside:
cottages are poorly maintained
customer service standards are low laid back staff expensive food

Not suitable for stays, stinky rooms, pathetic service better opt for half day pass less than 600 including breakfast, lunch and high tea, you can cover most of activities in 1 to 2 hours then nothing left to explore.
