Very nice hotel with welcoming staffs. We reached the hotel at 2 am, still received a warm welcome. Very clean hotel room as well as the bathroom. It was overall a great stay.

Insects in the room and mattress, room service super slow, took them a few hours to provide drinking water in the room, there was no hot water coming in the bathroom, it wasn't fixed, took them an hour to deliver individual hot water buckets to our rooms, our trip hot delayed because of this. Pathetic service!

Dirty washrooms, dirty fridge, no tea coffee amenities, no amenities in washroom, drawers were filled with cigarettes and sanitary pads used, no slippers

Noisy ac spoiled peaceful sleep. Average hygiene, no toiletries provides. Overall below average stay. Not recommended.

The stay was fine. Firstly, i had reached the property at 9 am and in-spite of people check-out in front of me they didn't allow me to check-in. Said the rooms were not available. 3 people checked-in in front of me, how were rooms available for them? moreover, they did not provide basic amenities like water bottles, toilet paper and enough toiletries that would suffice for 2 people. Inspite of asking them for toilet paper, they did not provide it. Also, there was no bathtub plug stopper. The staff was not cooperative.

It is just littlebit inside f from the road but easy to findd. Worth for clean and hygienic property.

2. 5/5 stars. No natural light. Need to be clean. Initially the tv was not working. Staff is accommodating asnd polite.

It's very clean, sutaible, cool and calm place. Reception staff is too cooperative. But not satisfied with room service.
