The check in process and the behaviour of the person Mr Tony, on the counter was worst. Had intimated about late arrival, and reached quite late. The counter person insisted on full payment by cash and appear to have taken a drink or two. Booking for multiple number of days, but ada***t on full payment by cash only by saying that card machines not working. It took 40 minutes late at night to ultimately make the full payment before he gave the room keys. He showed multiple unseccessful attempts on card machine, finally when I handled the machine myself, the transaction went through immediately. This was one of my worst check in experience at any hotel in the world. Complete disregard to customer.
