Swaroop Hotel is a homely place with a clean, peaceful environment. The staff is polite & friendly. The food served is simple but always freshly prepared. (This means your order could take a little longer 😊) The hotel is centrally located with good connectivity to all of Pune city.

We stayed in Hotel Swaroop for the first time this year, but it definitely won’t be the last. It is a simple, homely, comfortable hotel with all the basic amenities- good wifi, hot water, comfortable clean beds, clean fluffy white towels , air-conditioning/fan! All the hotel staff right from the watchman, reception staff, restaurant waiters and cleaning staff are all extremely polite, helpful and efficient. A special mention to Sunita at reception, who is so welcoming and helpful at all times. Vishal the restaurant waiter needs a special mention too. He was very helpful and attentive. The food served in the restaurant is tasty and the vegetarian Maharashtrian dishes are delicious - thanks to the superb chefs in the kitchen. Every dish is prepared freshly and served when you order. The breakfast with three choices really does pamper you at the start of each day! The owner Mr Desai( of Desai Ambewalle) is a true gentleman who makes sure he goes to every table and chats and asks after his guests in the restaurant. His personal attention to detail and dedication to his staff and guests, makes Hotel Swaroop a very special place to stay in when you visit Pune!!

Worst hotel for staying accomodation for hotel Staff .Bedbugs play hide n sick in Staff room.Staff Bathroom and toilet spreads skin disease.I have doubt about hotel guest rooms would bedbugs free. Mr.Desai (Hotel Owner) should personally look at the staff accomodation once in a week .Maintain Clean and neat area of the hotel is always good . Being a hotelier I would suggest the management (Mr.Tushar Jadhav) to please take care of the inhouse staff which keep your hotel clean .

A Good & comfortable property to put up in a centrally located area of Pune like,Deccan Gymkhana.Very clean.Hospitable.warm,helpful & courteous staff.Rooms are decent with all basic comforts & majority of them have a small balcony.The food served is freshly made & too Good with lovely Maharashtrian dishes on the menu.All in all a very Good place in all aspects where one can definitely put up.
