Location is good, but the hotel is getting old. The furniture, floor, etc. are all relatively worn out. Bed is uncomfortably hard. Fitness room relatively small, but everything you need is of good quality. Pool is good, on the sunny side, but the loungers are full of stains, not particularly pleasant.
Other hotels in Pune are in much better condition.
Breakfast is good. Eat good. Staff of course extremely friendly! People are just great in Pune. Unfortunately we got the same room opposite the elevators for the second time. Very noisy until late at night. Probably not going to this hotel again.

Thank you Hyatt Pune for providing the best hospitality. The Housekeeping (Mayuresh and Niru) are humble and very good. They have smiling face and they are there whenever you need anything. They are very punctual and polite. Always ready to render there services whenever required

The room was great and so were the staff especially Mr Amit. While the dinner was mediocre at best they more than made up for it with the breakfast spread. Every single staff member was kind,polite and helpful. Even the ambience was warm and comforting.

My stay at Hyatt Pune has always been sooo comforting. The staff always goes the extra mile especially Pappu who makes you feel at home and looked after, be is a special soup request that I have or keeping me company at breakfast with Bob the fish☺️☺️

Arish and Arjun were really good with the service. Had an amazing birthday! The food quality was also good and the menu was exhaustive. Overall the service was also excellent and the ambience was good. They also captured our candid moments.

Conveniently located, well appointed rooms, good F&B Options. Breakfast spread is great with lot of options for Indian, pan asian and western cuisines. Restaurants serve good food and the business room with cocktail hour is a great option if you're planning to stay in during the evening.
