Today I checked in with this hotel chicken process was very comfortable ***ager Mr Balaji is little bit strict but very helping I observed cleanliness everywhere I think I shall decide with this property thanks forth whenever I will be in Pune

Stay was super staff is very polite. Every thing was just right. Rooms are clean well maintained toilet was clean. Location is very good. Overall stay was awesome. Thank you team oakwood.

This was a decent stay. There were limited options at the breakfast, but quality and taste were uncompromised. Hospitality was good but won't say great

Very pathetic, no ammenties provided, phone not working, towels torn, old blankets provided. No even accepted request of giving soap. Rates are exorbitant in comparison to ammenties given.

Oakwood is a basic no frills hotel. It has clean rooms, spotless linen, bedsheets and towels, clean bathrooms. It was value for money with a pretty extensive veg breakfast included. All in all a good experience. We stayed for just one night. Comfortable mattress and pillows and ac worked well too. All in all it ticked all the boxes for us.

Rooms hygiene is an area of improvement. Buffet breakfast having very limited options and completely veg and no live counter. Alot can be improved in the promptness of housekeeping and room service

Location is very good. All the staff are helpful and courcious. Complimentary brakefast was good. Check-in and check - out was very smooth.

The rooms are clean and hygienic. I did not find any problem except for the restaurant food, which was a bit too much in terms of quantity. They could reduce the serving size and write/explain about the dish a little before a person orders it. Quick delivery, no doubt, but it was too much. Thanks.
