pathetic hotel i have ever seen… staff name subham doesnt know how to talk.. very rude.. i already had a word with them on call for early check in and early checkout same day. and clearly told them that i am travelling with an infant.. they said they will give me early checkin and asked me to book thru make my trip which i did.. after reaching hotel Mr. Subham asked me to pay extra for early check in and he was very rude to me.. later after 5 mins of argument he agreed to give me room and after getting my room i was shocked to see the room condition it was full of termites.. again i complained and asked for room change which took 30mins to change n i was sitting like fool with my 18 month old kid in reception area
