Well located. Spacious accommodation. Good service. Attached spa & restaurant. Yoga classes also available. A special thanks to Vikram from Sante - the attached restaurant - for excellent service. All-in-all, property is value for money, well worth a stay.

We originally came to this property with friends to have munch at the santé spa restaurant, and longered on for the ambiance and shops gardens etc. just loved the tranquility. The next week I decided to take a respite after my Ayurveda pulse course was over if need be to be a bit closer to family friends, and my gurus Ayurveda clinic. and chefked in solo late one evening and paid the whole days rate which was much more than online and they weren’t willing to co****sate. The breakfast also could be served fresher and earlier or to have the option of non breakfast as they charged me an extra 500 rs for breakfast which I was ordering separately at a very high cost from the restaurant. It is definiy overpriced for service but the place is peaceful. Rooms (58) need improvement with renovations paint small electrical and thorough cleaning and sheets towels changing. I had to help them and show and literally ask for everything. Even the garbage clearing was lacking despite having requested daily 930 am room cleaning. There were actually 4 of the 10 days I was there days that it never got done. It was quite a disappoint in that respect. It seems as if the owners or ***agement just care about the money as they hassled me daily for extra on advance payments for the next day, and overcharged the laundry bills saying they’d creditbst the end as I had already paid extra for my room. This was refused at the end by Vijay the ***ager who had actually promised he would see it was done. So I am actually owed at least rs 3000, and unfortunately I’m both sure the labour staff will receive any of this as I was going day by day for however long I was staying -which is unheard of on on this caliber of hotel industry. Servers at the restaurant and cleaning wait staff seem to wait for tips or expect it, otherwise delayed refused to do the service. I prefer to tip at the end of a king stay based on the entire staff as a whole, and it was interesting to see what motivated their work. The santé staff was helpful but it seems communication between departments (buildings on the campus) needs improvement. Cleanliness and proper inspection or testing or checking guests would be good, as few were picking up cold and coughs and parasites from the ?spa/restaurant kitchen?/shops/Osho center? … Also smokers light up wherever they pleased. Finally, the slightly loud but pleasant music until 1130 pm some nights from the restaurant was a bit of a disturbance if you take the rooms nearer to it. Overall renovations needed. Thankful for this experience and peaceful stay, however if the above could be handled you’d get my full rating. And inspire if the above, we did very much enjoyed the free roaming animals (peacock, cats, birds, etc) and the landscaping is very well maintained. Also the elder staff (above 55) were also very kind and always smiling and looking out for me. I appreciated that.

The amazing stay at Sunderban Resort and Spa for my family was a memorable one! *****side the lovely weather and great rooms, their services made us feel right at home. Loved our short and sweet stay there! Wish to visit again soon. A great recommendation! ❤️

I had informed the hotel 2 days in advance that i would do a late check-in around 8pm, after work. On the day of check-in in the evening 5pm, they call me and tell me the hotel is sold out and they cannot give me my room to stay. They refused to honour my booking and have not even refunded my money. Not even picking up my calls. When I told the ***ager of the hotel to connect me with a senior person, he refused to do so. Extremely poor ***agement. I have stayed at this property more than a couple fo times earlier, but never faced such unprofessionalism. Th staff has changed and seems quite incapable to run a hotel. If you have booked this property, i suggest you to have backup booking, because they don't care and you could be left stranded the last minute.

They have old wing and new wing - both have rooms for every budget. They have cafes and restaurants there. We had 3 rooms with breakfast - breakfast uses the vegetables from left over Italian restaurants. ***agement should look into it. staffs are less trained and ***agement should look into it.

very silent & peaceful stay. lot of greenery outside the window/balcony of the room to calm you each time you see. the property also has yoga place & the in-property restaurant serves healthy food yet tasty options. overall a very unique but a worthy stay

The exterior and interior of the hotel is well maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious. No complaints there. What we did have an issue with which spoilt the experience for us was the reception staff. They are çurt with no smile on their faces. The *** repeatedly accused us of not picking up his calls when we told him we did not recieve any from the hotels number. Then he made it sound like it was a favor he was doing by giving us the room. Very pathetic customer service. The girl was morose and curt. So they matched each other well. Secondly the buffet breakfast was sp**** and certainly not worth the high price this hotel charges for a stay. It's only vegetarian and consists of not more than 4 items like medu vada, upma, toast with jam and butter, parathas that's it. In any other hotel at this rate we would get a full breakfast including continental Indian Chinese etc even if it's only vegetarian Would not recommend this place because of the above 2 factors.

One of the worst experiences I,ve ever had . The hotel looks very pretty in pics and website, but the reality is something else .we had 4 rooms and most of us had the issue of toilet flush not working .the ACs were not functioning at all .towels in the bathroom were so shoddy …. Its like a lodge and not a hotel .the pics on internet are truly misleading .strongly advise to avoid this hotel.
