This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Incredibly luxurious and great staff. I highly recommend the Sunday Brunch as well in the Three Kitchens restaurant. The rooms are big and everything was perfect. I will for sure go back as soon as I can.

This hotel is indeed exquisite and perfect in ***y ways. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed at and was truly a great experience for my wife and I. The staff and ***agement were efficient and nothing was ever too much for them. They made our stay extremely comfortable. The SPA treatments were also amazing! We look forward to coming again!

We with our close family friends had dinner at Three Kitchen of Ritz Carlton Pune ! Delicious food, excellent ambience, nice layout giving privacy but not separation feeling! Very courteous & friendly staff ! Akshay Mishra helped us a lot since entry and made us comfortable within no time ! Great ! His staff Yash & Uma have provided prompt service & supported seniors very well ! Overall WOW experience !!

Exceptional hospitality. Delectable food. Must visit aasa*** and Ukiyo and The three kitchens for their signature dishes. Their staff is courteous, polite and pay attention to every detail. I would like to thank Mr Shree Goswami for making our stay memorable and recommending signature dishes of Aas***a. The housekeeping staff is skilled and they ensures my room was pristine clean. Their IT guy, Mr Wajid solved the internet speed issue within minutes. Also thanks to Chef ***oj for making delectable food. Aas***a food was superb and The Three Kitchens buffet was a lavish spread. Thanks to Mr Rupesh for repeatedly asking us politely if we needed anything. All staffs from reception to housekeeping did a fantastic job. Thanks to Mr Nishanth Vishwanath, GM who has assembled such an incredible team who pay attention to each and every detail. From the time I checked in till we departed, I felt pampered , cared for and valued as a guest. It was one of the best staycation with my twins and I am definitely going back again.

I have never been to a restaurant that has staff more courteous than at Ukiyo and Aas***a (and actually, the entire Ritz hotel). I have been here multiple times. While the food is no doubt scrumptious, it's the warmth and hospitality of the staff here that melts my heart every time. Today I was attended by Vaishali (I hope I remember the name correctly) at Ukiyo and once again, I received the best service. Totally highly recommended for food, service, stay.
