Very good hotel in midst of city surrounded by greenary, The room is little old type but maintainted well. The bottom rooms are having Big balcony and gives a good vibe. The breakfast spread is very less which is the only thing which i recommend to improve. The staffs are also very helpful.

Excellent location with great ambience. Rooms are very spacious with all facilities. Very courteous service. Ample parking with security staff. Special mention about breakfast for its variety and taste. Written after staying here for 2 days. Steal at the rate they offer.. Highly recommendef

It’s a great place to host a small birthday party. I hosted my 2 year old son’s birthday party and the arrangement was amazing. I loved the services. Everything was up to the expectations and staff were very friendly and cooperative. Special mention of Mr. Srinivas who is the operations manager of the hotel. He was very nice and looked after everything personally. Food was also very nice. Specifically we all loved the gajar ka halwa in dessert. Definitely coming back here.

Spacious room.Clean washroom.Good location.Good and helpful staff.Didn’t try food the there, so no idea about its freshness and taste. Peaceful, safe, and greenery filled surroundings. Quite near to Pune Social, actually walkable..

Good property, airy & spacious. Food was good and reasonably priced. The staff were cooperative. They need to install good wi-fi system and a lift. It was convenient for me b'coz my work was a walking distance from there. Overall my stay was great, no major complains.

I stayed at the Phoenix for 5 days. I got an excellent rate through makemytrip.com. The hotel had 2 floors with 30 rooms with no lift. The rooms are all if different sizes with some being nicer than the others. All rooms have wooden flooring and neat toilets.The hotel is an oasis of peace and greenery in the chaotic surroundings. The best part of the hotel is the friendly staff. Aarzoo, Kiran and Vandana were very helpful. They changed my room to a much bigger nicer room and addressed all my little concerns patiently. The cleaning boys keep the hotel in an immaculate state and the guard outside is also very friendly. A big thank you to everyone. If you want a clean, budget stay in a high end locality go for it.

The hotel is very chill and extremely peaceful. My stay here was amazing as Arzoo upgraded my room which was perfect as I got a balcony facing the woods in the midst of concrete jungle. Defiantly visiting this place again
