We had booked Fern Residency MIDC, Pune, for 2 night for wedding functions. I must say, the hotel exceeded all expectations for mine and our guests. The hospitality fron the fron desk staff siddhant, Housekeeping staff yogesh, rohit, sameer, FnB staff, abhijit, neeraj. Mahesh, Anima, and Sonali. They ensured all the guest have good experience and no delay in the services. Thanks to the security person and top of that the ***ager Ambadas was fantastic. (I am forgetting few other names, please forward my regards to them.) The rooms are big in size with all the amenities. Clean hygienic, comfortable bed and good interior. The food in the restaurant and banquet are 👌. A BIG HAT'S OFF TO CHEF AND TEAM for the tasty foods we have during our stay. Especially for the LITTI CHOKHA THAT TASTED BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. A BIG THANK YOU FROM MY DEEPEST PART OF OUR HEART. The hotel offered and went extra mile to ***age our need and satisfaction of guests. KUDOS TO ALL THE PERSON WORKING AND AMBADAS TO DIRECTING FOR A GREAT TEAM. SEE YOU SOON.

We all enjoyed the stay. It's was a great experience and enjoyed the true hospitality. Breakfast was good with lot of options and the dinner arrangements were amazing. Rooms we clean well maintained. Staff was polite and helpful. Location is good.

One of good property i stayed till date. The hospitality was good. We wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money. Rooms were spacious. And food was too good and service was very 👍 I visit again as well as Mr. Abhijeet he is in a ***ager, and great support for us.

Fern is a very nice place to be. I really enjoyed the kind of comfort here. Kudos. The reception, room service Suraj, Saloni in the restaurant, the security department and Yurag are all commendable. I like the food and everything around here. I will recommend Fern to my people who will want to come to Pune

They have an amazing services. From the reception to the canteen and the room cleaning. Pranit Sawant does so well with the room cleaning😍. Laundry is free, hot water is always available, Mini hand dryer is provided which I think is an amazing idea with so ***y amazing stuff. The whole staff are just so calm and very generous. I would recommend THE FERN HOTEL to anyone who wants to spend some few days in PUNE.

Pranit Sawant The hotel room is kept clean all the time by Pranit Sawant. He's a hardworking person and dresses very well. He has good hu*** relation. Refreshing to stay here. I'll recommend any person travelling to Pune to stay here. Personally, he is good.

Pranit Sawant has been very effective with his cleaning duties. He is very serviceable and has been my source of joy at the hotel. He is very intelligent and always ready to assist me in whatever services I require. I will always come to Fern Hotel in Pune anytime I am in India.
