I have had few meetings over here business once and the staff is really good the services good the food is great overall hospitality wise it is very well recommended for a business meeting purpose definitely it's a go to place

The hotel is pretty good! A nice lobby at the front and the rooms are decently spacious. They include everything you expect-a kettle for hot water, teabags, instant coffee stuff, sugar, etc etc. The beds are pretty comfortable but I recommend you bring your own blankets. The ones there are mainly for decoration so they're pretty short and won't cover you up beyond 4 feet. The staff is pretty accommodating. They're nice in behavior and talk. Hotel also has some great views of Pune.

Excellent Hotel with very city centric location. One of the very popular hotels in the vicinity. The best staff in the hotel. Christina,Robin,Amit from Front office are fabulous bunch of folks who are ready to help always. Gunaji,Rajat from Housekeeping and Sandeep from Room Service are very kind individuals. Starting from the security to everything,this hotel maintains perfection. ***agement folks like Johny,***dar are also very friendly and professional folks. It is a hotel that carries a heritage of 25+ years and expertise in ***aging the hotel is evident in every single act. Compact rooms, 24 hours running hot water, generator back up and all other basic necessities of the guest is always met. Totally deserves 5 star.

Had a rather disappointing experience of my life with Kapila hotel. Had visited Kapila for a business meeting and gave my car to the valet service provided at Kapila and to my surprise they damaged the car so badly that my cars' bonnet, grill, and bumper had to be replaced. It is my brand new car and the behaviour of the hotel ***agement was really bad. They have behaved as if they have been in such situations before and it does not matter to them. They are showing that their guests possessions and vehicles is not their responsibility. Completely disappointed in the ***agement. If you value your car, do not give it to them. 🙏

The housekeeping staff was unsatisfactory as they initially denied providing towels and did not include biscuits or cookies with coffee. The bedsheets were torn and the towels were hard. The window did not have a lock, causing it to be partially open throughout the night. The air conditioning was also in poor condition, and the bedsheets were not very clean.

This hotel is worth every penny. Whether its location, room or food. Highly recommended. They have great staff and breakfast. Room service and hospitality was just outstanding. We just walked in and they provided us room at best rate equivalent to online.
