The service was an absolute standout. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to when I checked out, the care I received from service staff was unparalleled. The room was huge and beautiful too, the only downside are the filthy windows, probably time for some window cleaning. Location was alright, other than a small but upscale mall beside the hotel there was nothing much, but since I was there for business it was fine.

Very attentive staffs, they will really take a good care of you when you’re staying there

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Pune, I recommend the Westin! The staff was friendly, and the breakfast made my 4-night stay enjoyable. I also received a special cake when checking out. ◡̈ The price was cheaper than in Korea, so I stayed without burden. I definitely recommend it if you’re deciding between Airbnb and a hotel in Pune!

Our stay at The Westin Pune was fantastic, particularly due to the exceptional attention from Shashank and Ameyaa. They went above and beyond to make my parents' 50th anniversary truly special by arranging beautiful room decorations and a complimentary cake. Their attention to detail and responsiveness to our requests made the occasion memorable. The hotel itself is wonderful, with great amenities and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for any special occasion or stay in Pune!

My review is focused on the food and drinks at the Westin! If you are looking for exceptional service, great food, as well as some amazing cocktails, try Market, Westin! Special shoutout to Rishikesh, who manages the bar at the Market! He crafts some of the best cocktails I’ve had! Try his Gin Mary or whatever you fancy, it’s all awesome! The chefs are really good too, with meticulous preparations for each meal! Highly recommend the place overall!

A very good hotel situated in heart of the city. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staffs are nice and service friendly. The bar section needs some improvement in terms of variety in bar and the road near the hotel is always busy with local people.

Amazing Farewell…. We had a great time for a farewell. We were welcomed by lovely Rishi’s, Gana , Suman . We had dinner at The market and staff Prashant , Shivani and the chef Khawar made and curated some wonderful delicacies. The Asian food was at next level from Dim-sum , Avacoda Sushi must ask . Thank you for making it special.

WESTIN Pune Koregaon Park - chose this hotel by the recommendation of a friend and it was the absolute right choice for my vacation. The magical experience started as we entered the Hotel lobby after a long drive of almost 3 and half hours ! Met Mr Akum Ao at the reception desk and immediately there was this sense of comfort due to the way he interacted, greeted us and told us about the goods about being an Westin guest. Then we met the magic lady Miss Melari. We were struggling with our ID and got into a little discomfort- and that when she noticed us and came ahead to ask if we needed any help. That made us feel comfortable and throughout the time we took to recover the ID, Merali stayed near us and that helped. The next day morning again we met Melari at the reception when we were on the way to breakfast with little confusion, she again helped us, walked with us to the dinning place and ensured we were comfortable. She also offered to show us the property with her pleasant smile post breakfast and went om to show us all the major attractions of the property. We were so thrilled that later we decided to extend the stay for one more day instead of returning back to hometown and it was the right choice made as I personally completely enjoyed my stay with comfort and more importantly with a Joyful heart ! Have been to multiple 5 start hotels but Customer Centricity at Westin Pune was the best and for us, that's because of both of you ! Absolute customer delight ! I see big stars in the making in both Melari and Akum and wish them a good journey of career ahead with the Westin Marriott Group. Thanks a lot Melari and Akum for making my vacation Special and for making me feel at Home in your Hotel. Just walking around in your hotel fel so kice because of your presence.
