I had a very bad experience here. I always thought that ginger hotels is a chain of hotels so the standard must be quite good. But i was highly disappointed. 1. To start with the hotel room phone was always engaged, i had to try dial-ling 4-5 times till it got connected. 2. The mini fridge wasn't working. I asked for the technician, who took 15-20 mins just to come to my room. Overall wasted 25-30 minutes for getting it checked and exchanging or with another one. 3. The food was just average. Chicken tikka wasn't marinated well and was undercooked. The chicken tikka as well as stuffed paratha was very salty. 4. They didn't have any ice in the hotel. Hence i was compelled to order ice via zepto. Again leading to wastage of time. 5. Room service was extremely delayed. For every request i had to take a follow up at-least twice. Basically, all room service requests took more than at-least 15-20 minutes and required calling them 2-3 times. I left feeling extremely unsatisfied and disappointed.
