Their online system for room check in was not working. Every time you want to enter the room you will need to find the staff. Washroom basin was logged with water.

We booked double room but there were problem right from check in procedure. 1 intercom had problem we were not able to connect to reception or room service 2. Tv and wifi had challenges which got sorted 3. Soap and towels were missing but they arranged it after the floor ***ager came in picture. 4. Bed frame is way out of mattresses our legs got bruised by edges. There were few. Wry positive points as well. Good was good breakfast was also good. Staff was polite. ***ager was very fast and did damage control quickly

I had a very bad experience here. I always thought that ginger hotels is a chain of hotels so the standard must be quite good. But i was highly disappointed. 1. To start with the hotel room phone was always engaged, i had to try dial-ling 4-5 times till it got connected. 2. The mini fridge wasn't working. I asked for the technician, who took 15-20 mins just to come to my room. Overall wasted 25-30 minutes for getting it checked and exchanging or with another one. 3. The food was just average. Chicken tikka wasn't marinated well and was undercooked. The chicken tikka as well as stuffed paratha was very salty. 4. They didn't have any ice in the hotel. Hence i was compelled to order ice via zepto. Again leading to wastage of time. 5. Room service was extremely delayed. For every request i had to take a follow up at-least twice. Basically, all room service requests took more than at-least 15-20 minutes and required calling them 2-3 times. I left feeling extremely unsatisfied and disappointed.

Wrong booking done by make my trip i had to change the hotel at the last minute and go to the holiday inn i want the refund for ginger hotel as i didn't stay as i wanted a stay for 1 night that is 27th april to 28th april 2024. I just want a refund for the same
