What disappointed me the most was the lack of empathy and sensitivity demonstrated by the staff at 7 Monkey Hills Resort. Despite my circumstances, they refused to arrange a call from senior management, leaving me feeling not only unsupported but also undervalued as a guest. I am sharing this experience to caution others against choosing this establishment. The level of inflexibility, coupled with a complete lack of compassion, paints a grim picture of their customer service. I would strongly advise against booking with 7 Monkey Hills Resort, as their policies seem to prioritize strict adherence over basic customer understanding and support.
