Apart Hotel Quillango

這是我在南美洲旅行近一個月以來住得最舒服的一次，不僅僅是因為服務員像五星級酒店一樣每天打掃換浴巾房間十分清潔，或是每一位前台都是那麼優秀樂於助人，或是廚房裡每天配置的食品，而是我在這裡有住自己家的感覺，還有前台一位叫 Alvaro的男接待員，很耐心很認真到位幫我解決了我手機上不能購買下一程船票的問題。特別感謝！特別推薦！ I’d speak highly of Apart Hotel Quillango in Punta Arenas. The good points of the hotel have been mentioned by all other guests, such as the cleanness of the rooms, the breakfast stuff prepared in the kitchen, the convenience of the location, the friendliness of the staff,etc. Apart from that, I want to make my special thanks to Alvaro who helped me out. I spent hours and hours on my mobile phone trying to book tickets for my next trip.For some reason I just couldn’t go through it. I turned to the receptionist for help. It was Alvaro who was there at the reception. He was very patient and helpful. Instead of my mobile phone, he used the computer to book the tickets for me and printed them out for me. Without his help, things would have been much more difficult for me . I wanted to say thanks for his service.

滿意的一次住宿，房子新，環境好，我們定的家庭房為一個大大的廳加3個房間。衹是衞生間小了一些。提供了豐富早餐材料，我們3人入住，冰箱裏放了6個雞蛋，3大片火腿，6片奶酪，6片切片麪包，3盒牛奶，3盒酸奶，3盒果汁。廚房用具齊全，衹需自己煎蛋，烤麪包。

蓬塔不大，這個公寓地點離中心武器廣場大概1.5公里，步行十來二十分鐘，但性價比很高，公寓室內是一個小廳和一間睡房，早餐一早備好，自己可以加熱及煎蛋，實在太贊！

Alvaro nos atendió excelentemente, nos hizo unas recomendaciones muy asertivas.

O apart hotel tem uma infra muito bacana por dentro, pois tem o quarto separado da cozinha e do banheiro, e tudo com ótimo espaço. Cama boa, armários pelo quarto, uma tv pequena, que nos atendeu bem. A cozinha muito bem equipada, com vários utensílios, mesa com cadeiras e pequena geladeira. O banheiro também espaçoso e com amenity kit. O café da manhã é deixado no quarto no dia anterior e é bom, deixam iogurte, biscoito, pães, frios, ovos, leite e suco. A limpeza é muito boa, e o atendimento da recepção foi excelente sempre. A estrutura como um todo é muito boa, são vários apart’s que por fora é um contêiner, mas tudo limpo e bonito. A localização é em uma região mais tranquila, a uns 10 ou 15 minutos do centro. Alguns pontos que aconteceram, mas que mesmo assim mantemos a opinião quanto a estruturas. A tv do quarto não estava funcionando, quando falamos com um rapaz da recepção, ele foi olhar e resolveu. O ralo do banheiro entope, mas nem falamos nada, eh algo que deve ser pontual.
