Secrets Tides Punta Cana - Adults Only

My girlfriend and I had an amazing vacation at Secrets Tides Punta Cana! It was both of our first times at an all inclusive and in the Dominican Republic and it did not disappoint. We had amazing service throughout, especially from our butler Julio who was extremely thoughtful and helped us personalize our vacation for exactly what we needed. We used the preferred club which we felt was definitely worth it, as the access to the preferred pool with heightened service was great for us to hang out poolside and get drinks from our favorite waitress Juliana who didn't even have to ask what we wanted to drink by the second day of the trip. Beautiful beach and pool area, and it feels like the whole resort is very carefully planned and coordinated for the best experience possible for the guests. The food was on par with what we have heard about other all-inclusive resorts, with our favorite being Tierra the South American themed restaurant. The ease and speed of the service and getting the food was excellent. We will absolutely look to come back to Secrets Tides Punta Cana for our next vacation as long as we have Julio again!!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing & relaxing vacation at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. I’ve heard wonderful things about Secrets resorts and this did not disappoint. From check in to check out every aspect (from room, lounges pool, and staff) was perfect. The property is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views. We loved hopping back and forth between the pool & beach area. The service was impeccable!! Our butler Julio who was extremely thoughtful and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. He helped personalize our trip to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. Our waitress Julianna at the preferred club pool seemed to know what we wanted before we even asked. She knew our orders by the second day and never let us have an empty glass. She even made us drinks we didn’t ask for but she thought we’d like - and we always did! The food is what you would expect from an all inclusive. But we absolutely loved Tierra (the South American fusion restaurant). And you have to do the hibachi at Meraki, simply for the fun experience. Overall we absolutely loved our time here and look forward to coming back for one of our next vacations!

Amazing resort, super clean and top notch service! We would recommend this to anyone that wants to relax and be provided top notch service. It is definitely not a party resort and we were perfectly fine with that. We enjoyed the night entertainment they did have. I think a few more pool activities during the day would be fun but that’s pretty much my only critique. Loved it and excited to return!

My wife and I went to this new resort for her birthday and I must say, we had an amazing time. From the people to the drinks, the swim up pool and more. We just had a TIME ! Thank you Secrets, we will be back !

This hotel is amazing! The staff are super friendly and attentive. The food an entertainment is top level service.

The Hotel is fairly new so it was not at full capacity which was nice because you did not have to wait in line for dinner or fight for chairs in the beach and the pool. The services was top notch as would be expected from a Secrets resort. This is our 5th time visiting Secrets and this one did not disappoint. Shout out to Jothantan and Jordi and the preferred pool bars and Miguel at the preferred lounge bar, and a special shout out to Joel our butler. He was always checking in on us and since we were celebrating our birthdays my husband and I he decorated out room which was a nice touch. If you get a chance I would also recommend the spa, especially the Hydrotherapy before or after a massage. Luisa was did a great job with the massage and helping with my back aches. As far as the restaurants, Tierra was great as well as the Seaside Grill. Oceana was nice for breakfast.

Secrets tides did not disappoint. We had a wonderful vacation. The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, the beach is amazing. Night time activity was ok - could be improved. Call out to Marianna - food and beverage concierge - she did an amazing job making us feel special at the beautiful resort.
