Myself and my girlfriend arrived at the hotel on May 6th around 7 o’clock at night. The check in to the hotel was good and quick by a lift to our room via the bell boys. Arriving into our room we noticed a large ‘fake tan’ type mark on the bed, I called the reception regarding this which they replied ‘we will sort this right away’, this unfortunately did not get sorted after 2 days of complaints. My girlfriend had severe food poisoning which lasted several days. The food is inedible, it was cold and disgusting at times. We found that the breakfast Buffett was the only okay meal of the day (This is if you arrive when the doors first open at 8am). The restaurant food was horrendous, at one point in the steakhouse it took 1hr 30mins for our main course to arrive (the restaurant was half empty), the food that arrived was lukewarm and not acceptable. Myself and my partner noticed around the 4th night that the food from the buffet and restaurant is the exact same food, no different at all. This isn’t for all the staff but most of them look like they don’t want to be there for example, talking amongst each other when people are waiting to be served, walking around on their phones. Myself and my partner found our experience very very disappointing, which resulted in trying to get a flight home early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor quality of food and rudenesses of some of the staff members
