Overall I am satisfied. The advantage is Lazy Pool.. the kids really liked it. Also, the condition of the accommodation was good, the staff was friendly, and there was no charge for an extra bed, which was nice. The downside is that shopping is a bit far and the location is a bit far. Definitely the sea wasn't that good.

This hotel have terrible employees especially supervisor not even friendly very rude disrespectful we had problems with our reservation because for somehow the third party did not inform the hotel that we had 2 kids so the supervisor of the hotel that night called Carlos refused to let us check in if we do not pay them kids as adults as it was as triple price that we paid so we had to go checked in to another hotel for them to find out with their reservation teams due to the fact that we came late so the next day this same supervisor and other staff did not even apologise and talk to us as we are nobody so disappointed and disrespectful not even try to give us discount or accommodate us
Very very bad place even though the decor as stunning
Food was not good as had an allergic reaction after eating something which I never ever had allergies in my life

The resort itself was beautiful but there were pros and cons. More cons than I wanted. Pool closed at 6 pm so no night swimming which left little to do in the evenings. Drinks were weak, drank all day long with no effect. Food was the worst. The buffet was terrible and was really our only option since the snack bar ran out of burgers, basically lived on chips and salsa the entire trip. The restaurants which you needed to make reservations for was a joke. The reservation app didn’t work so you had to wake am up at 6 am to stand in line until 8 am in hopes of getting a reservation. The service was not pleasant. Workers badly made eye contact with you and you always felt like you were bothering them when requesting a beverage or asking a question. The resort has potential if they stopped it up on service, food, drinks and entertainment.

What a fantastic hotel, spent 10 days here! From the layout of the hotel, to the quality of the swim up room! A truly relaxing experience. Food at the multiple choice restaurants are top quality! And the friendliest of the staff in the restaurants and at the beach bar! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

I was here with my husband and 4 year old daughter a few weeks ago and I highly recommend this resort for families with children. This review is for our two favorite parts of this resort. First, the Daisy Club...We LOVED it here and our daughter did not want to leave. The people that work here, especially Eimy, Yileny, and Laura are incredible and so loving. My daughter is very high energy and they were beyond patient and kind. Eimy made sure the kids were engaged in activities and was so sweet. We also used the babysitting service and Yileny was amazing and watched our daughter so we could enjoy some time together. I cannot thank them enough, we miss them and would come back just to see them. Gracias!! The kids foam party is not to be missed! Second favorite part was Carlos in the piano bar. He is the best bartender I have ever had at a resort in the DR and I am very picky. He is an amazing mixologist, so friendly, and made the best espresso martinis. Gracias Carlos!

Myself and my girlfriend arrived at the hotel on May 6th around 7 o’clock at night. The check in to the hotel was good and quick by a lift to our room via the bell boys. Arriving into our room we noticed a large ‘fake tan’ type mark on the bed, I called the reception regarding this which they replied ‘we will sort this right away’, this unfortunately did not get sorted after 2 days of complaints. My girlfriend had severe food poisoning which lasted several days. The food is inedible, it was cold and disgusting at times. We found that the breakfast Buffett was the only okay meal of the day (This is if you arrive when the doors first open at 8am). The restaurant food was horrendous, at one point in the steakhouse it took 1hr 30mins for our main course to arrive (the restaurant was half empty), the food that arrived was lukewarm and not acceptable. Myself and my partner noticed around the 4th night that the food from the buffet and restaurant is the exact same food, no different at all. This isn’t for all the staff but most of them look like they don’t want to be there for example, talking amongst each other when people are waiting to be served, walking around on their phones. Myself and my partner found our experience very very disappointing, which resulted in trying to get a flight home early. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor quality of food and rudenesses of some of the staff members
