very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

What an amazing place. First class service and amenities. It was more than we expected. The beach, the villa and the spa were sensational. The three restaurants had amazing menus and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Check this place out if you head to the DR.

If it's paradise you are after then I can't recommend Eden Roc Cap Cana enough. This is a very special resort and hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after and could not of had a better experience. We were given such a warm welcome into the Eden Roc family. Our Pool suite was divine with such privacy and the best bed I've ever slept in. The private beach was such a relaxing hub and all of the food at Blue Bar and Grill and La Palapa was delicious. We also took the Moke car out at the hotel to explore a bit of the island, which was a highlight. I also can't stress enough how wonderful the spa massages were. We had ours outside so that you could hear the waves and the trea**ent from start to finish was 10/10. We were able to fully relax and enjoy paradise. I hope to go back one day to relive the special experiences all over again.

WE LOVE WILSON, LUIS AND WILL (Willy antonio rosario). The people here are amazing and make you feel so comfortable in the beautiful Dominican! They love to dance, speak to you in Spanish, and laugh with you. They are truly amazing people who made it an amazing experience!

So many amazing things to say about this resort, but the people make it so special. From our Amazing waiter, Wilson to the great bartender, Luis, they are what truly separate this resort from others. Keep it up guys. You all MAKE the difference in a vacation. People have worked hard (as do you) to pay for and take vacations, and you all make it so special!!

Great a**osphere, location, and staff. The resort is set up very well and organized. We were in the villas not the rooms. I suggest looking at those. A good cart is provided for the grounds. The breakfast at the Blue was some of the best I’ve had. Try the Dominican Breakfast Experience. If you are on the beach under the umbrellas ask for Hector.

Outstanding hotel. Great service. Mediterraneo is a top restaurant. The beach is superb as the golf course and the gym. But it is the service that would make us comeback without hesitation. Villas are very comfortable and make you want to stay in the room for the whole trip!

Could be great if the staff (house keepers )weren’t stealing from the guest. the staff (managers)that was on site did nothing but make excuses for what happened not only once but twice! Yes twice! As if the first time they stoled wasn’t enough they came back to steal again the same day and took more cash totaling to 2k in dollars! It’s very sad because we had been here before some years back and had a great experience. Sadly because of the obvious we won’t be returning to this establishment. I really hope they fix this issue because why would you think you’re going to get robbed at such a nice place.
