very bad experience first day no hot water they spend all afternoon in my room trying to fix it so i had no privacy and no room availability finally after my permanet request at 10pm they changed us to another villa but air conditionning very poor ...,Expensive place with a 2 star hotel service i will never go back

We've been going to Eden Roc for 10+ years and there are many things that keep us coming back but especially the staff - Wonderful people like resort manager Navi; the always lovely and attentive Miladys at Blue; Wilson who takes care of everyone w infectious joy at the beach; and the warm, charming, regal Andres at Mediterrano - Also so grateful for the villas which remain private havens w/great decor that keeps this resort special - not the basic, modern, cold decor that so many resorts have turned to. These feel like mini-homes away from home. So much peace and beauty here.

This was not our first visit at Eden Roc Cap Cana. Amazing luxury resort always consistent and keeps improving over time. All four restaurants are exceptional with very attentive staff. Easy to get to as only 15 minutes from Punta Cana Airport! We cannot wait to come back!

My family of 14 stayed at the villa and the experience was awesome. We had Adonis and Mia as our butlers and they were fantastic. Both of them went beyond expectations. My mother is 92 and she was treated with like an empress. I can’t rave enough about the service. Also I want to mention Hector who was our server by the beach. He is fantastic and very attentive.

Not one to give many reviews but if you can afford it there isnt a better place in the country. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The young lady at the check in was amazing. Melvin was our personal concierge during our stay and he took care of our every need, including and ice tub with ocean view. It was our honeymoon and we were surprised with roses in our room. We took a pasta lesson with Berarminio which was probably one of the best pastas we have ever has. Angel was our waiter and was also excellent. I am leaving out the names of many others which definitely made us feel special. It is the first time I stay in a hotel and am not ready to leave.

Excellent hotel and service! Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing! We travel a lot with our three small children and this stay was by far the most accommodating! The staff became family! Thank you so much to Esther who made sure every detail was perfect and that our family was enjoying ourselves every second of our family vacation! There is not doubt we will be back soon!

To call this place luxurious is an understatement. Every single detail of our stay was exemplary. All the staff were amazing! Our butler, Carlos, was the highlight of the trip. He, hands down, was the most outstanding part of our stay. He not only attended to our every whim. He did so in a fashion that let you know he really cared about our experience. We will truly always remember him and what an outstanding individual he is. Our family will definitely be back!

We took a large family group to Eden Roc to celebrate a few milestone birthdays, and we had the best vacation. The resort was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the accommodations were well appointed and comfortable. The service really set this place apart. Everyone at the resort was incredibly nice and helpful, but our concierge Carlos really went above and beyond. He arranged all of our activities and transportation, all of our meals, and he even took us to the grocery store to pick up some things we needed. He really made sure everything went well during our stay. The experience could not have been better at Eden Roc, and we can’t wait to go back.
