TRS Cap Cana Waterfront & Marina Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive

It’s good for family holiday , good staff, quite hotel, breakfast was good

Overall no big issues, but there are many many many small issues that are worse all together. Many things need to be fixed and adjusted. Food: Most of the time it was cold and over cooked. Fish was dry and bland. Meats were completely over and almost rubber even when you ask for medium. Lunch food was cold and preheated and reheated. Breakfast was better with a medium sized buffet and an omelette station, mimosa station, and smoothie station. Drinks: Overall drinks were good. Some of the times you couldn't tell there was any alcohol. The ice wasn't always blended well and big pieces in the drinks. Service: EXTREMELY SLOW. We waited multiple times for drinks at our table for 15+ mins. One time we didn't even get our drinks. After ordering food we had to wait 10-20 mins for our appetizer to arrive and even longer for our main course. Service needs a lot of work. Overall hotel: Brand new build but you can tell it was rushed. Faucets were loose, Sinks falling apart, and Drains not connected throughout hotel. Our shower would splash water everywhere since the opening was too big. Spa: Massages were great! Spa services not so much. Sauna was cold. Steam room didn't work. The jacuzzi was no where near the 100F it was supposed to be. We got a couples massage and the wife is allergic to champagne so we asked for something else, it never got switched out. When I mentioned it and asked if they could bring something for my wife they never came back. Prices are inflated (more so than any other resort I was at), but maybe because it was a 100 room hotel? smaller so more? dont know Excursions: only good thing about our stay. Picks up were more or less on time and we had a good time with transportation and enjoying the event. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better options. Spend a little more

We absolutely loved TRS Cap Cana. The pools and grounds were beautiful, the dining choices were excellent and the food was delicious, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Our butler Gerson was a great help and very responsive to our needs. There was a different nightly show and they were all very entertaining. We will highly recommend TRS Cap Cana

This is not a 5-star hotel. They struggle with the basics (no salt and pepper on tables wrong wine glasses lengthy wait until seated especially at breakfast times rooms are adequate but not 5 star quality. Minibar not stocked when finally getting into our room 2.5 hours later than expected.

The resort is nice and clean.

Much love to the housekeepers, the groundsmen that kept the entire hotel looking beautiful and clean. Much love to Robertico, Venus, Jeremy, Henry, York, gentleman that grilled fish/pork each day, Nicole, Elan and all the hard working staff that my stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you

Property was good. Drinks were good. The food was bland. Mostly. No flavour

I like that it was adults only, all-inclusive, swimout room and entertainment. Carlos our butler was Excellent. He really made sure we were comfortable and took care of our every need. I like the resort but it could have had better music and more dominican food.
