Esmeralda did not exemplify as a luxury resort. Upon check in we went immediately back to the desk to request a different room due to a laundry list of issues (pool dirty, bathroom door hard to open, cleanliness TV not working, not being able to connect to internet, air condition not working). The did not accommodate us with a new room or give us a refund for paying for the upgrade/luxury experience they sold us on.

Staff very very friendly. Pool area. Very very nice. Entertainment needs to be a bit better. Nightly shows should be better. Hotel very very nice clean.

Sugiero reforzar al personal que realiza check in que muestren mas preocupacion por lo que estan haciendo en el momento y no por todo lo que pasa a su alrededor. Nosotros somos repetidores, hemos ido alrededor de 10 veces pero cualquier cosa que pedíamos era no, no hubo ningun tipo de atencion por haber estado tanta veces en sus dependencia y casi no nos escucharon por estar preocupados de otras cosas no quisiendo reclamar para no partir mal nuestras vacaciones. El hotel despues de su remodelacion quedo muy bonito pero es aburrido para gente adulta sobretodo en la tarde/noche, teniamos que ir a otros lobby para divertirnos un rato. FAVOR AGRADECER a Luisa del bar de la playa del Esmeralda ya que nos atendio demasiado bien, siempre preocupada de que no nos faltara nada. Los dias libres la extrañamos mucho. Es una gran persona, con su amabilidad y atenciones hizo nuestra estancia muchisimo mas agradable. Tambien AGRADECER a Genaro el joven que limpia y ordena las reposeras ya que fue muy amable y preocupado de nosotros. No se si puedo agradecer a personas de otros hoteles, si es así favor hacer llegar nuestros AGRADECIMIENTOS a Marcia Mateo del Lobby de Bahia Principe Turqueza ya que nos atendía demasiado bien, preocupandose de que no nos faltara nada. AGRADECER tambien a Yesenia Berroa del restaurant Portofino por todas las atenciones que tuvo con nosotros, se preocupo de decorar nuestra mesa y de atendernos maravillosamente. Gracias a estar personas es que dan ganas de volver. FAVOR hacer llegar nuestras felicitaciones quienes corresponda ya que realmente se lo merecen.

Es muy buen hotel la comida no está mal la bebida es buena pero el servicio es bueno si sueltas buena propina en lo personal siempre doy mucha propina pero antes de eso el servicio pésimo a si que si vienes tienes que estar dispuesto a dar buena propina para ser bien atendido si no te recomiendo que cambies de hotel

EXCELENTE HOTEL, PERSONAL MUY AMABLES, ATENTOS, COMIDAS ESPECTACULARES, RESTAURANTES PARA DESTACAR, TAINO, MONGOL,HINDÚ, JAPONES...CON COMIDAS DE PRIMER NIVEL, EN INFERIOR GRADO EL ITALIANO Y EL MEDITERRÁNEO- PLAYAS ESPECTACULARES, SPA DE LUJO, CON ATENCIÓN DE PRIMERA, ACTIVIDADES EN LA PILETA, TRAGOS, ETC...10 DÍAS INOLVIDABLES- LO QUE NO NOS GUSTÓ FUERON LOS ESPECTÁCULOS, TODAS LAS NOCHES CON DIFERENTES CANTANTES O BANDAS, QUE LO ÚNICO QUE HACÍAN ERA GRITAR A VIVA VOZ!!, ES LUGAR DE RELAJACIÓN, Y DESCANSO... We went for a last minute vacation. The hotel is very good ... the food, the shows, the proximity to the beach. Just one thing is that the staff is always waiting for tips... not all of them of course ... We will come back for sure with friends next time

Estuvimos mis hijos y yo del 6 al 14 de abril de 2024. Nos trataron muy bien. En el Lobby recibimos un trato especial de Armando. Los bartender muy simpático. También la limpieza y los chicos de animación. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos.

This is my third time with Bahia & it has never disappointed. Everything was great down to the rooms, the drinks & the customer service. Besides that the room service was great too, they always call to make sure you have everything you ordered & if you need anything else. Great stay for family or for solo trips
