Live Aqua Punta Cana – 05/04 – 05/14 Fuego Suite – Building 1 The Fuego Suite is conveniently located in Building 1. You will enjoy your own splash pool and you are only steps away from all the restaurants, bars, spa and entertainment. This suite also gives you access to the Aqua Club where you can enjoy a nice beverage prior to your dinner or grab a drink to go before you head down to the VIP Beach which is located on the right side in front of Building 8. The room has a nice layout with a huge tub in the bathroom. You will find it stocked with some snacks a Nespresso like coffee machine and some liquor. My husband requested Don Julio and received it without hesitation. We are Beach people and spent every day at this section and only took a couple of trips to the serene and quiet pools that are to the front and back of Wonderbar. Those pools are very nice and secluded. The Beach at LA-PC is one of the better ones we have been to. Most days you will be able to spend in the water which can feel like a bathtub at times. Just float and relax. Every morning the crew takes care of the sea****. The main pool has a swim up bar and a party atmosphere. This might be suitable for some but not us as we enjoy a more serene and quiet setting. Therefore, VIP Beach is for us and will be on future trips. Restaurants: we truly enjoy Miraflores for some fresh fish options as well as Huzur for the Mediterranean items and if you don’t mind walking back to Building 1 there is a fabulous lunch buffet between 1PM and 4PM daily. One thing to mention is that on certain days there is a pool party with a DJ at the swim up bar, since Huzur is immediately above the swim up bar it was a little too loud for us. It wasn’t too big of a deal, and we just pivoted over to the Buffet or Miraflores. We did not use room service on this trip for lunch or dinner but ordered coffee and a fruit plate almost daily. Coffee most days was lukewarm at its best which we didn’t care for but it’s only a quick trip downstairs to the coffee bar. For Dinner our favorites were the French restaurant, Chez Rose, and the Asian place, Seishin. We did not care for the Mexican restaurant, ATL. The Italian place has a pretty good appetizer bar setup, but the main dishes were not to our liking. Again, this is a personal preference. However, Chef Hansel at ATL made us a true Dominican dinner one of the evenings we were there as we requested to try some local cuisine. It was AMAZING. If you happen to have a Butler and are interested, just ask them. Everyone is more than willing to fulfill your wish. Breakfast we ate downstair at the Buffet and it was great every day. This was our second time visiting LA Punta Cana and we were delighted to find some of our favorite staff members still working there. We are hoping for another reunion next year. If you are like us and also frequent Live Aqua Cancun often, please know that Punta Cana is still fairly new compared to Cancun. We have seen a LOT of positive chang
