The hotel facilities are old and have not been updated. The hygiene and convenience were not satisfactory. When I checked into the sea view room I booked, the window glass was dirty and I couldn't enjoy the sea view. I called room service to improve it. The sea view on the hotel beach is average, and the food tastes average. There were a lot of bugs in the service room, and my daughter was bitten badly. Overall not worth the price.

My wife and I recently enjoyed an unforgettable ten-day retreat at Zoetry Agua. Every moment of our stay was pure joy. From the warm and hospitable welcome upon our arrival, the tone was set for a remarkable experience. The resort's remote and tranquil atmosphere immediately put us at ease, allowing us to slip effortlessly into relaxation. The discreet, friendly, and enthusiastic service from everyone we encountered was the highlight of our trip. Whether it was the spa treatments, culinary delights, or the nightly entertainment at the bar, everything was not just impressive but a sensory delight. As others have noted, Zoetry stands out from typical all-inclusive resorts, which we found to be a major plus. Our stay at Zoetry Punta Cana was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The resort's lush, tropical surroundings and pristine beaches are truly breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and offer stunning views of the ocean or gardens. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches, like the nightly turndown service and the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us upon arrival. The staff deserve special mention – their attentiveness, friendliness, and dedication to making our stay perfect were remarkable. From the concierge to the waitstaff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The only thing we weren't entirely thrilled with was the food. It was mediocre and often the descriptions weren't accurate on the menu compared to what came out. But that didn't have much of an impact on our vacation. It may for foodies. Another point of consideration, is to reach out to the resort prior to your stay to see if there is construction going on. While they did a good job from a safety standpoint, it was a little loud at times. Overall, Zoetry Punta Cana exceeded our expectations. It's a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and exceptional service. We left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to return to this piece of paradise in the Dominican Republic. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the ultimate in relaxation and hospitality.

My husband and I visited a week ago and we are still talking about our trip. This is our second time to Zoetry DR- we rarely visit the same place twice but this place is beyond special. If you desire a tranquil, beautiful, and friendly place then look no further. We love how quiet and isolated this resort is. There is plenty of”to do” if that is your desire but if you want to “do nothing” it’s the perfect place. We had outstanding service. Our butler Wriris checked on us daily, Estephani gave me two excellent massages at the spa (highly recommend), and Juan C. brought coffee to us every morning at 7:30 am. Some of the previous reviews complained about the food but we disagree. We thought the food was very good. We loved that each night they would feature a culture specific food. For example, one night was “Dominican Night” and the food was amazing. The staff proudly shared “their” food and how it was prepared. We will return again, without reservation.

We spent $9700 for a family of 4 to vacation with 2 rooms. The service is sub-standard and we had to ask multiple times, email the resort with pictures, in order to get waitstaff to pay attention to guests at the pool and beach areas. Restaurant staff was nice and tried hard. Unfortunately, the staff at the pool and beach areas (other than the pool bartender and sushi chef) were more occupied having fun and chatting amongst themselves than providing "personalized service" to guests. The property is beautiful, other than the biting bugs on the beach during the day, but we're left feeling very foolish spending the amount we did and having wait-staff around pool and beach areas ignore guests. I've sent a detailed list of concerns to Zoetry and Hyatt. I'll update my review based on response.
