We had came here for both our Honeymoon and my 40th tied together. Our main contact person for answering our questions was awful and made us uncomfortable. I don't know if I'm supposed to slip him a $20 as I enter for him to do his job but I gave him money the next day when i was able to get cash with the pay advance option. We exchanged information with him but he never responded back to our questions and he made my wife uncomfortable. We asked him where do we get beach towels..no response. We asked him can we get coffee in our room...no response. We asked him about the upcoming fire show, he didn't know about it and said to check the activity sheet. We were under the impressioon basiuc questions and needs was his whole job though. He was one of two employees that came off like they are hitting on you as the guy walks away. Amstar follow up... We had booked the free shopping excursion for Thursday, Monkeyland on Friday, and Scape park on Saturday. Thursday, our pick up never showed and no one tried to fix it or followed up once. We brushed it off and said maybe we were supposed to go. Friday, We were the only 2 people picked up and we proceeded to a gas station. Our driver did not speak english and said we be here for 10 minutes. We were there for an hour... By the time we were 25 minutes waiting, which may I add neither of our phones worked due to no wifi, my wife was truly scared. 45 minutes in I started recorded vide because I knew an excuse was going to be fed to us and we were eventually picked up by a full truck. It is insane not to inform your guest that there may be a transition bus required, the 2nd bus tried to say it was due to a flat tire, we checked and they were fine, they just didnt want to commute 2 people on the long journey which I can understand. It is flat out unacceptable not to inform your guest though. We thought we were part of a scam, going to get robbed, and didnt have a phone for the emergency. It was wild and scared the my wife. I was fuming and told the manager about the incident and nothing else happened. As we checked out I mentioned it again as we were asked about experience, and we were handed cereal bars when we retold the story? Horseback riding - Your resort alone is not giving helmets which is worrisome. They gave my wife the biggest horse and which she said several times I do not want, they put her on it anyway. When the horse started tripping on logs and going backwards she got scared and requested to b
