I’ve been on vacation to the Dominican Republic numerous of time. For the first time in years our lock safe inside the room was giving us issues. We called 2 time to rectify the situation. On the day we were packing our luggage and items we noticed inside our safe money was missing. When it comes to vacation my wife and I make sure our finances are in check and we waste what we can due to our life back at home.
I will never go to this resort again and I warn those that do decide to travel to this resort to think twice In picking this place to they will watch you and wait for the opportunity to go inside your room and steal your hard earn money for there own benefit when in reality we’re the ones uplifting these businesses in these countries.
Extremely bad experience and I hope they’ll tighten up with their staff just image if we would have left our wallets and phone inside the lock safe. You feed them with tips and they get greedy with stealing from the visitors.
I been traveling with ******* for some time now and this is the first time I’ve ever comment on something.

One of the best hotels 🏨 just on the beach serving amazing cocktails 🍹and food in 8 ala carte restaurants , route 66 and french one are the best ;) . Animation team its great 😊 keeping everyone busy and kids are really happy here, special thanks 🙏 for making our holiday great goes to Elias from the bar and Juan Jackson and Toby and Gasolina from animation team . Great 😊 stay :)

Property was gorgeous. Beach was fantastic. Plenty of seating available. Pools were great. The food at the buffets and bbq were always the same. After a day or two you were over it. Need to change options so people who are there for a period of time have a change of menu. Staff were excellent. Concierge was great. Housekeeping was great.

Very nice place to stay and enjoy in family. Pool was goodd for kids. All the staff helped us with our needs Victor from guest service was very kind and solved all our questions and requirements. Buffet has a lot of variety, a lot of fruit, beverages, ice cream.

The steaks at the steakhouse were amazing! Amaury and Gabriel our waiters were so lovely and the chef Gabriella came out to say hi, wonderful staff and absolutely divine food.
