The hotel is beautiful, some parts are a little damaged, but in general it is very good, a lot of variety of food, drinks, the beach area is very well organized, the waiters come by all the time for drinks, the restaurant on the The beach is also very good, but the best of all is the people, all of them very, very friendly, warm, attentive, respectful, collaborate at all times… it's fine for Olan familiar…. The hotel service is very average. They don't clean the room every day and they don't make up for used or exhausted towels, toothbrushes, drinks, etc.

Desde la entrada al restaurante, recibimos servicio de Amandri, Adolfi y Carlos Juan, resultó ser espectacular. Todos fueron muy comprometidos, atentos a nuestra comida, alegres y divertidos. También nos ayudaron con una sorpresa de cumpleaños y todo fue muy bonito

Mi esposo y yo quedamos muy satisfechos ya que recibimos muy buen trato por todos los trabajadores del hotel en especial el Mayordomo Samuel Peguero que es una excelente persona, brinda muy buen servicio, es muy preocupado por sus clientes, es una persona increíble, nos encantó todo, les garantizo que si van a esta instalación no se van a arrepentir.

Just back from the best vacay ever! Service was amazing from the moment we arrived. We were a group of 9 with 4 rooms, hotel accommodated all of our rooms together, all with gorgeous pool views. I wish I could name everyone in this review as far as servers, entertainment crew, grounds crew etc., but here are those that exceptionally stood out, Pricilia, madeleine, Alfredo, the animation crew - they were AMAZING!!! Sanyel in Guest Services, went above and beyond booking our dinners and checking in afterwards to see how we enjoyed them. Even checked in to see that we made it home safely after our trip! Amazing service! Dinners were also fantastic, we enjoyed the French restaurant twice and the entire crew in there were so great, drinks were never empty and food was delicious! We also loved the japenese restaurant steak and seafood - all sooo good. I don’t think I could possibly say one bad thing about this place! We will definitely be back again!!! Special thanks to Pricilla for adding us to her family ❤️. She was always smiling and happy and did a great job at leading us all daily in water aerobics (even if we weren’t so coordinated lol) she definitely needs a big promotion!!!! We will miss everyone - until next time punta Canada! 🇨🇦

This resort was extremely clean, neat, and hospitable. It completely blew my expectations out of the water. The workers were incredibly welcoming and fun the entire trip! We were so sad to leave them!! The rooms were very clean. All of the good we had was delicious and by far the best food I’ve had on an all inclusive!

Our 10 days at the Majestic Colonial were excellent. The resort was super clean and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to please you. Our butler, Isaias was very attentive to all our needs and responded quickly when we contacted him. Isaias made all the reservations we had requested and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We hope to have him as our butler next year when we return. The room was super clean and comfortable. The food was great with a variety of restaurants and a variety of food at the buffet. The pools were great and every Majestic staff we talked to were friendly and helpful. We will see you next year. Thanks, Nicola Pileci and family.
