Had a great vacation in Hyatt Zilara, the food was good, love the environment and privacy the hotel provided. The pool and beach was amazing. Check-in and check-out was fast and no hastle, and love that nobody is trying to sell you something. The best customer service.

The staff at the resort was incredible. Took care of all our needs. We enjoyed the different food options throughout the resort. Each was very good. Really enjoyed the fish at Brando’s. Marino at the Mareas Club Pool Bar was excellent taking care of us with our waters and special Rum creations.

Marvellous Vacation from Start to Finish!! My sister and I are seniors - we wanted to spend a week together and decided on an all-inclusive week at Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. It was the best trip ever! We had a little snafu with Nexus (the transportation company from airport to hotel) and the managers (Domingo and Darling) at Hyatt worked diligently to solve the problem. We were in the adult section of the hotel in an ocean view room + Club level service and Butler. I think even if we did not have these extras it would have been a perfect vacation. The view and club level gave us access to the a la carte restaurant for breakfast. Karina at Shutters learned our table preference right off the bat and always seated us looking at the ocean. Our butler (Osiris) helped us with dinner reservations, and other little details over the week. The hotel is drop-dead gorgeous!! The rooms are well laid out with lots of storage and large bathrooms. The bathrooms are quite private unlike many other Caribbean hotels. There is a great shower (but no bathtub )+ double vanity with sinks. Air conditioning is whisper quiet. You melt into your sheets at bedtime! Turn down evening service means you can acquire extra amenities or towels for the morning as needed. Housekeeping is superb!! The rooms and the entire hotel are spotless and gleaming. Room service provided a light dinner one night which was not exciting but ample. Otherwise, we tried all the restaurants. All were topnotch!! The quality of food is very high and well prepared. We tried every restaurant and found lots of choices that included fish, steaks, ribs, vegetarian options. Any time we requested a change to a menu item, we were pleased that the staff could accommodate us. At the pool, we did aqua spinning at noon with Manuel. He learned everyone's names and he was very creative in offering activities! My sister had a pickleball lesson with Jonathon. There are many activities available each day. The best detail on top of a gorgeous hotel, fabulous staff everywhere, great meals, comfy bed, ...? the long white powdery beach for long walks! We walked every morning and late afternoon and we swam daily in the ocean. The staff at this hotel is incredible!! Everyone aims to make your vacation happy. They get to know you and personalise service. What more could one want? Absolutely nothing!! Paradise is yours at Hyatt Cap Cana.

The staff at the resort were excellent. Really enjoyed our time there. The food was very good at all of the options on the resort. We particularly enjoyed Brando’s. Marino at the Mareas Club Pool Bar was excellent with our waters and his special rum drinks.

Impeccable service, manicured property very clean, Food and Beverage top notch. I cannot rant and rave enough about this resort. Very safe in an upscale location of Cap Cana. Amazing to say the least. Club was top tier, room, and shout out to Frandy

First time in Cap Cana region. Beaches were beautiful. Hotel property was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Food was similar and on par or better than other all-inclusives.
