It Was excellence. Thes Best hotel for me. The food is amazin. Every thing is good.

Excellent: the food, service, activities for children and for adults, the rooms, distance to the airport, cleanliness. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Everybody tries to please you. There is service everywhere including the beach. Highly recommended !

In in general, the restaurants that provided food and drink or of a very high-quality That said for a high-end all inclusive, I find it somewhat strange that there was another restaurant for which you needed to pay to gain admittance, and that the price of admittance on top of the all inclusive price Which was $150 per person for that restaurant I thought was excessive.

You won’t be disappointed here. Everyone is so willing to help and take care of you. There were 7 of us in our group, celebrating a birthday. We were lucky enough to have a butler, Elvis, who was absolutely amazing. We were so thankful for him and he truly took great care of us. Nataly, the restaurant front manager, made sure our dining experience was everything we could have hoped for! The resort was beautiful, and they took great care in making sure the grounds looked top notch. The food really surprised us. Had heard food in the DR wasn’t always great, but it was amazing here! Only bummer was the amount of seaweed on the beach. They worked really hard to clear it. Our timing was just bad because it was cleared by our last day. L

We recently stayed 5 nights at Live Aqua and 7 nights at Hyatt Zilara, we have visited the DR about 8 times staying at various Adults only 5 star AI’s but this was our first visit to the Hyatt We stayed in a Club Ocean View Jnr Suite Check in at the club lounge was quick and easy and our room was ready early, we liked the club lounge which was bright, cool and inviting and we had some tasty drinks there on several occasions and were very well looked after by Deborah & Antonia Our room was in block 4 on the 7th floor and had a lovely view of the resort, the room was spacious and clean but I would have expected at club level the room to be stocked with a selection of liquor bottles like we usually get at other resorts, the mini bar was stocked daily with everything as we requested. We spent most of our days at the main pool, the drinks service was excellent, and we were very well looked after by Danny and Orquidea. One of the biggest plus points for this resort over others is the comfortable loungers with padded cushions. We interacted daily with Bryan and Manuel from entertainments and enjoyed joining in with many of their activities, we found them both to be very genuine people and that they ‘love their job!’ We also liked having the DJ playing at the pool. The sea was lovely and calm and very shallow you could walk out for miles, there’s an option for water sports and we tried the kayaks, will have a go at the Hobie’s next year. The beach is very pretty, but we do think they are better at Bavaro and Uvero Alto. Overall, the drinks were very good at this resort and in particular cocktails at the one-eyed cat were excellent, we also spent time at the rum bar and the sports bar on the Ziva side. We liked that there were several options on both sides of the resort to stop for a drink and that each bar had some background music to listen to. We would have liked a couple of pool tables over on the Zilara side too as the ones in the sports bar were often taken. Food was very good and at the top end of the scale for an all-inclusive, but I think we had higher expectations of the resort at this price point. We were greeted each morning by the lovely Ana at the breakfast buffet which had an excellent selection but whilst I understand it is far more hygienic, I actually prefer self-service if you are having a buffet. We enjoyed lunch at Chinola’s and Shutters and having these options along with the club lounge/bar made upgrading to club worth it and I would upgrade again. Whenever we have visited the Dominican Republic we have found the people to be warm and welcoming and this resort doesn’t disappoint the service was exceptional and the staff fun and friendly. The Zilara is not perfect but ticks more boxes than most and now one of my favourites of all those we have visited across the Caribbean; we will be back. Please feel free to DM me

My wife and I visited Hyatt Zilara last year and had an absolute blast! We’ve been to many other resorts in punta cana but this one sets the bar high! The service, food, and drinks all worth it! One person who really represents the resort’s hospitality is Jairon from the One Eyed Cat bar! Even though he is just a bartender, he actually got to know us! And we got to know him! His kindness and service were next level! He really captured our hearts! He is definitely one of the reasons we are going back in August with the rest of our family!

I can’t say enough great things about this resort and the people who work there. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job handling my son’s food allergies and keeping him safe while not restricting his menu choices. On top of that, the food menus at all the restaurants were extremely creative and there were many healthy options for people with and without dietary restrictions. Without exception, all of the employees are extremely friendly, helpful and well-trained and they all seem very happy to be doing what they are doing.. The rooms are well sized and very nicely decorated, with large bathrooms and a transitional decor that I really liked. The pools are beautiful and clean and the poolside service was terrific. They take great care of the beach every morning. The fitness center was one of the biggest I’ve seen at any resort property with new, high-quality machines and equipment. I look forward to returning at some point in the very near future. I specifically want to mention Hendrisy Peguero, the Chef Concierge, who made himself available to us at any time of day to answer questions about food and restaurant choices. He showed up ant the start of every meal (regardless of the restaurant) to look out for my son with food allergies and to liaison with the kitchen staff. Our “butler” Robert was a true professional who was willing to do anything for us during our stay. And Assistant F & B manager Vladimir (don’t know his last name) was one of the nicest and most personable guys I have met in the hospitality business. Well done, guys!
