Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana

Stayed at Dreams Macao to attend a wedding. Everything about this vacation was great. The resort was very clean and had lots to do. The area was perfect and the rooms were very very welcoming. The preferred club comes with a butler that caters to your every need as well. We stayed in the preferred club master suit ocean front and will definitely visit again.

Outstanding service first of all! Bravo 👏 We have been to many resorts in multiple islands, first time in Dominican as my children chose to get married at this particular resort. I am still dreaming about Dreams Macao, not a joke, best resort we have been. Not a single complaint. Amazing restaurants, especially French, food and service unreal. Thank you Helly, you made it very memorable for us. We were at Preffered, checking in was a blast, our butler Francisco Santana was outstanding, always available and accommodating. Jaisy at Preffered bar, you were the best, your kindness, fun and professionalism second to none. Same goes to Arelis at the lobby, amazing. Wedding of my son was beautiful, the planner made sure all was perfect. Thank you Dreams Macao! We will return as soon as we are able. Preffered beach bartenders, you were amazing too, very efficient just like family. But most of the thanks for to Rodolfo Pilier Montilla. On April 28, around 12 pm, this man saved my husband life. We can not be anymore greatful to anyone but Rodolfo, we are thankful to eternity. My husband, a seasoned swimmer went to the ocean with a floating device, as the waves were high that day. He did not expect to be pulled by the ocean very quickly and later told me that he realized that he could not make it back to shore, the waves were pulling him in and he taught that he will never see us again… Rodolfo, the angel, came to the rescue out of nowhere, and pulled my husband out with a board. My husband made a friend for life and continues to say that God must have a plan for him to do something good and be better and that is why he send Rodolfo. This man deserves everything best in life and we are hoping to help him and see him in person again on our trip back to Macao Beach. He is a part of Macao Surf Camp. We are eternally grateful! Do not have any hesitation to book this resort, we were treated like royalty and made friends for life.

My second time going to Dreams Macao for a work convention and it was as good as the first time. Food, atmosphere, the employees, and the activities are perfect for everyone. Also, Johanny was wonderful and a big time help to the whole group he looked after. Definitely recommend going!

Terrible experience. The elevators was not working, rooms were flooded, staff was incredibly rude, check-in terrible

Very good butler service. Food was also very good. The best butler in the Dominican is Francisco Santana from Dreams Macao by Hyatt. My favorite thing about the resort was the accommodations that truly made me and my father feel at home. The staff in the preferred club were very welcoming and would 10/10 recommend getting the preferred club rooms.

I would highly recommend getting the preferred plan and if you do you would be lucky to get Domingo as your personal guy to get you everything you need whenever you need it!
