Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana

This was an excellent stay. It’s not near the downtown area nor walkable outside resort. You’ll need transportation to leave the resort. We were a couple and it was very nice even though it wasn’t adults only. There was alot of live entertainment at night to keep you busy. We didn’t need to leave the resort and was just fine walking to the beach and going to the pool area. The food was just great. I ate a lot but it seemed more healthy than food in US. I loved the assortment of fruits and vegetables. We did a spa treatment as well. The entertainment was well planned and set up so that there is something different every night. I have no complaints. Next time we come we’ll try an adults only resort.

Stayed at Dreams Macao to attend a wedding. Everything about this vacation was great. The resort was very clean and had lots to do. The area was perfect and the rooms were very very welcoming. The preferred club comes with a butler that caters to your every need as well. We stayed in the preferred club master suit ocean front and will definitely visit again.

From the time we arrived at Dreams Macao, we were taken care of promptly and efficiently, from room check-in (which is a long process, would have been good to know, going in), to entertainment events, to our family's private events, to service at the beach and poolside. Our room was clean and comfortable, and well stocked with beverages (water, beer, soda, juice, rum, coffee); snacks were available at our request (we didn't request to have them restocked); and our butler and housekeeper were attentive and thorough.

Omar was our butler and went above n beyond.. definitely want him next visit we had our weddinh at the resort and everything went amazing! Anything i asked for was done immediately and to perfection! Room was always stocked and cleaned! Any issues or reservations were made! Five star review

Everything exceeded our expectations, staff were friendly, food and drinks were amazing and the private beach was just the cherry on top. Wether you are looking for a family getaway or a couples getaway this is the place for you!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. From the moment that we arrived, we received superb service. It started with our personal Butler, Tony Montana, who made sure that every moment spent at the resort was superior from beginning to end. My daughter planned this vacation as a mother-daughter Birthday trip for me and this resort delivered! The attention to detail was unbelievable and above and beyond anything I could have expected. From the birthday sign on my door at arrival, to the rose petals on the floor that led to my bed which spelled out a birthday message, to the personalized happy birthday cake, a bottle of wine and a full bar in the room, I was shook and in a good way! I travel often to various places and I’ve never received this type of service. By the way, the cake was delicious . The food at every restaurant on the resort was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the property was perfect. The drinks and adult beverages were excellent. The shows and nightlife were excellent, interactive and fun!. The pool and beach were clean and well kept at all times. The resort is extremely safe and I never felt like I was in any danger, even when walking alone. We absolutely love J. Ventura, Rossy and Narciso at the pool. They created a special Signature Birthday Drink and named it after me. It was so delicious that everyone started ordering them. How cool is that? Then we have our twins, (not really twins- just pretty, fun and energetic), Francesca and Mariela work at the preferred lounge. They also exceeded expectations with drinks and top notch service! This property made it hard to leave BUT we’re already planning another trip back. It’ll take a lot to top this resort! Thank you to everyone for making our vacation the BEST ONE yet!
