This was an excellent stay. It’s not near the downtown area nor walkable outside resort. You’ll need transportation to leave the resort. We were a couple and it was very nice even though it wasn’t adults only. There was alot of live entertainment at night to keep you busy. We didn’t need to leave the resort and was just fine walking to the beach and going to the pool area. The food was just great. I ate a lot but it seemed more healthy than food in US. I loved the assortment of fruits and vegetables. We did a spa treatment as well. The entertainment was well planned and set up so that there is something different every night. I have no complaints. Next time we come we’ll try an adults only resort.

Stayed at Dreams Macao to attend a wedding. Everything about this vacation was great. The resort was very clean and had lots to do. The area was perfect and the rooms were very very welcoming. The preferred club comes with a butler that caters to your every need as well. We stayed in the preferred club master suit ocean front and will definitely visit again.

This hotel is one of the worst in my travel experience. To sum up, 1: There are many restaurants, but each of them is not for you to enjoy the feeling of your vacation. I was in a state of stomach diarrhea for the whole 5 days. 2. The hotel did not choose a good room for you according to the regulations. According to their rhetoric, it is perfunctory for you, changing your entire journey from happiness to unhappiness. 3. Nuestras vacaciones fueron excelentes, el staf es amable y atento especialmente Carlos Fernández de Concierge quien nos atendió desde el primer día hasta el día de nuestra salida, la comida es buena, la playa y el equipo de entretenimiento es espectacular, también quiero mencionar que Carlos nos invitó al Arcade donde nos divertimos muchísimo, los recomiendo, y cuando vallas al al Dreams Macao habla con Carlos el es el mejor.

Resort was nice and clean. Plenty of beach and pool chairs and both areas were nice. Food was good at specialty restaurants but buffett was average at best especially for breakfast. We had preferred room and our butler Eribelto was excellent with everything we needed including reservations and special meal requests for dinners.

We just had to share our amazing experience at Dreams Macao in May 2024. We went for our 16th anniversary and it was absolutely incredible thanks to the amazing staff, especially Carlos! Thank you so much! The customer service was exceptional and they went above and beyond to make our vacation special. The French restaurant was a standout, the duck and mushroom crepes were to die for. We opted for the preferred level and it was totally worth it. Oh, and don't miss out on the fun activity at Cosmic Lanes Sports and Games everything with zip lines only $200 for your entire stay. Beach was perfect and calm for 2 days and wavy for the rest so we learned how to surf and waves are perfect there for beginners like we are. Our room was close to beach and it was new, modern, clean and beautiful! Trust me, you won't regret it! Their SPA experience was SO GOOD! It was a relaxing experience! We had the best photoshoot with @puntacana_photographer_anni Definitely recommend checking out Dreams Macao for your next vacation.

El hotel es una maravilla, de verdad, me ha sorprendido muchísimo!! El servicio, las instalaciones y todo en general es un 10/10. Quisiera agradecer sobre todo a Luis, nuestro mayordomo, que ha hecho que la experiencia sea incluso más especial, dedicándonos tiempo cada día de los pocos que pudimos estar, pero haciendo que queramos volver pronto! También fue un placer ver el Club Preferred, muy bonito y nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. Estuve con mis padres, que vinieron desde España, y no pudieron sentirse mejor atendidos. Muy feliz de haber elegido el resort como parte de sus vacaciones
