OMG! My boyfriend and I had the best time. It was both of our birthdays (June 1), and they made it special every step of the way. We will be back to see Xiorkys, Ashly, Willy Mesa, Chavelin, Crinaldi, Black Dolphin and Super Jerry in August!!! From singing happy birthday to us at every restaurant to being the sweetest souls, it’s truly a Sanctuary and the perfect place to visit when looking to relax and release your worries in DR!

The place had some beautiful areas. Lots of pools for different moods.couldn’t use the beach because of all the seaweed. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault obviously. We were told December is a good time to go to avoid that. Didn’t love my first room. Smelled of mildew. We changed rooms which was better. More modern too. We ordered champagne to the room and Yeison Rodriguez was our room service waiter. He was smiling, friendly and all around a great server. He was very happy to help us. Sweet guy.

Went to the sanctuary for my wife and I’s honeymoon and it was excellent. The food was incredible and the service provided by our butler Lugo was exceptional. Would recommend this resort to anyone. 10/10

Our trip was excellent. Our butler Camacho was great, and all the staff was so friendly. Our room was slightly hot, we had some internet issues, and the seaweed was super bad at this season of the year. Other than that everything was PERFECT. The restaurants, sanctuary town, and buffet were all so yummy! We will be coming back and requesting Camacho.
