部屋も綺麗でした
食べ物も種類が豊富でビュッフェから世界のビールが飲める場所、寿司屋、ステーキのお店までありました
食べ物は肉があまり食べれない私の口に合うものが少なかったのですが、お肉が大好きな人には特にお勧めです、

Lugo was amazing. The Sanctuary Cap Cana was gorgeous. The whole staff, The receptionist, front desk, bartenders, The cleaning staff were all excellent! we will definitely come back again!

This was our 20th Anniversary trip and Sanctuary staff went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Juan Lugo our “Butler” was outstanding. If we needed anything or had a question he solved our issue and answered all. From getting an excellent English speaking private driver for and island tour to the mundane even finding reservations for dinners when the bookings were full. Anselmo at the castle bar also gets a big shout out! Thanks for the great drinks and conversation as well. The hostesses at Casa Bella got to know us by name and helped steer us to the best selections. The resort beach wasn’t fun due to a bad sargasso bloom but the resort had a team seemingly 24/7 trying to keep up. We stuck to the pools and had a blast anyway! Top shelf drinks always, great music and food quality were great. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful. So relaxing. Food was amazing. My husband and I came for our 10 year anniversary and loved every second. We went to the pool every day. Felix greeted us with a huge smile every morning and made sure we were perfectly comfortable in our chairs. He was amazing. 10/10. Oscar was our pool server every single day. After our first day we started asking for him. He is SO personable. He truly made us feel like we were at a 5 star resort. We were soooooo taken care of by him. We had a drink in our hand constantly. He got us food when we were hungry. He was the BEST. 10/10. I'd come back just to see Oscar and Felix. We're going to miss them!!

Everything was a 10/10 from the food and drinks to the staff and accommodations, this all inclusive resort is where it's at! If you get a room with a butler we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you ask for FRANK!! He was awesome and always went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!! The food was always fresh, and the buffet changed daily. All the restaurants on the resort had a great menu and all the food had amazing flavors and was cooked perfectly! It was obvious by the quality that nothing was ever made from frozen! Drinks were strong!! For an all inclusive that's hard to come by! Our room was beautiful and the AC cranked! My husband had to actually use a blanket half the time because it was so cold! Ladies if you have to blow dry your hair you can do that ot this resort, which has been a struggle at other places. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about our experience and we will definitely be back!!

My wife and I just came back from sanctuary for our honeymoon. Everything about this place was fantastic! Jeremia our butler was the best and helped us with anything we needed. We were super impressed with the food! Overall we would recommend Sanctuary to anyone!

We had a great trip to the Sanctuary for our Honeymoon! Our butler, Frank, was great and was extremely responsive and kind. We came during peak sea**** season, but it did not cause any issues as the resort is constantly cleaning up the beach. We hope to return one day.
