I had problems with check-in, I waited 1 hour longer than agreed and they gave me the wrong room, I booked a room and they gave me another and they didn't want to change it.

We have an amazing time. The property is pristine. The workers were so accommodating. The entertainers were unreal. The food was incredible and the people that did the work outs were phenomenal. We had a blast

The entire resort was a great experience, the property its big and a lot to choose from places to have a nice dinner including a romantic dinner at the beach. Will definitely return to this resort.

We had a great time at this resort. All of the restaurants were excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. We especially liked Kelvin from the pool swim up bar and Madeline from the pool entertainment staff. The rooms were extremely clean but not as nice as other resorts we’ve stayed at. We loved how close the rooms were to the pool, beach, restaurants and lobby.

The staff were incredibly helpful, they literally couldn’t do enough for you.
Felt incredibly safe on the resort and with so much on offer, there was always something to keep you entertained.
Will definitely be returning and recommending to others.
