I stayed at this location from June 20 to June 25, 2024, and unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory due to several significant issues. Upon my arrival on June 20, I noticed that the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. Despite reporting this issue to the concierge and front desk daily throughout my stay, no effective action was taken to resolve it. Additionally, there was mold present in my room, which I reported on the first day. However, the only response was a superficial cleaning of the room, rather than a thorough cleaning or a room change. I am highly allergic to mold, and my cousin, who was staying with me, is asthmatic. These conditions were detrimental to our health and comfort. Furthermore, the bed frame in my room was extremely dusty. During the last two nights of my stay, I experienced severe itching and discovered that I had been bitten by bed bugs. This was incredibly distressing and unacceptable. Given these numerous and serious issues, I am deeply disappointed with my stay. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and responsiveness from your establishment. The only positive aspect of my stay was being with my family. In light of the circumstances, I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure future guests do not experience similar discomfort and health risks.
