They play with the vacation time you have problem with the booking in the only way they fix we pay extra money.

The entertainment staff was great. No complaints. But the service staff at the front desk was not only slow and careless, they were plain rude and insulting. They were 6 in the back of the desk and refused to serve us at check in for over 30 minutes, being very sarcastic and rude. At one point during the trip, they told us we could sign up for surf lessons and only had to pay if we did them. We didn't. At check out, they did not want to let us go unless we paid because they couldn't get the confirmation that we never took the class. We were going to miss our flight and had no choice but to pay for an activity we never did. No respect during the conversation, just very rude. We took pictures of all the staff and will be putting in a formal complaint. Thanks to your entertainment staff, our trip was ok but all in all, very bad experience. We have been to DR over 25 times, Bahia Principe was our worst experience. Very disappointed.

Service desk check in needs a lot of improvement, specially providing the right information to new comers and they should also need to improve there english.

I enjoyed my vacation i didnt want to leave . Its has a lot of family things to do . Staff is so friendly and helpfull and the checkin is so informative and great ( Galvin ) wink . The room I was in needs some TLC .

Overall it is good. Food is good. Pool is clean. Beach is not walking distance. Had my earnings with neckless stolen. Filed a report.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, buenas piscinas, buenos juegos, ricas piezas, pero la atención es pesima, el personal tiene mala disposición, siempre con una mala cara, no responden, ni comparado con el personal de bahia princip3 en México... la comida regular, malos postres y todos los días lo mismo en buffet... volvería a un bahia principe pero en México.
