If you visit this hotel please be aware that although the resort is huge ,they don’t allow any external taxi on the resort and they are all stoped at the main gate .Which would be fine if they were prepared to offer transport to the individual hotels .The really rude security staff ,stoped our taxi at the main gate and when we asked for the complimentary transport within the resort we were advice you walk ,as they are very busy ?? Temperature outside over 37 degrees ,really ?This was extremely disappointing and really ruin the other good things we experienced here .

Me encantó el servicio! Cuenta con personal bien entrenado en servicio al cliente. Me encantó, sin duda volvería. Estuvimos en un pasadía en otro hotel de temática, más costoso, no alcanzaba el nivel que ofrece bahía príncipe fantasía. Full recomendado para pasarla en familia, cuenta con variedad de toboganes para niños.

It is the best option for traveling as a family, the children are in a safe environment, the monitors are attentive and the security around the perimeter is very good.
If you expect to see Las Vegas style shows, don't get your hopes up, the place has artists who do their best to entertain the guests.
