Terrible experience, had to wait for beach towels for an hour. Only one restaurant open at a time, regular food, bad service. The room had one "king sized" bed, which would become 2 twins while you sleep. The show at nights very poor. Do not go there

Nous avons séjourner au Radisson pendant 4 semaines et notre voyage s’est déroulé à merveille. Avec 2 enfants avec nous, le complexe était parfait et pas trop gros. Les piscines et bâtiments sont tous beaux et très bien entretenu. Le personnel qui travail à l’hôtel, sont très gentils et aimable. Shaggy Et Walvin à L’animation était génial. Ils nous ont bien amusé et accompagné lors des activités. C’était super de les avoir disponible avec nous !! Les enfants les ont adoré !! nous avons aussi adorer les activités offertes comme le yoga et l’aquagym avec les instructeurs professionnels de nrgtogo !! Vraiment très apprécier de se remettre en forme dans ce décor paradisiaque !!! Merci pour tout, et nous voulons y retourné !

Service was top notch, peaceful resort with no crazy partying. Exactly what we wanted. Breakfast had a large selection each day and wait staff was very friendly. The beach could be a little cleaner, but it didn't detract from our stay. The pool was pristine. Would definitely return!

Cerraron sus operaciones con el hotel lleno de huéspedes, increíblemente me encuentro en el hotel desde el viernes y de repente cerraron el restaurante, la cafetería, bares y nos informaron que cerraron todas sus operaciones, con las personas todavía en el hotel.

Desde que llegué mi experiencia fue muy bonita con el hotel me gustó mucho el trato son estupendos. Lo mejor es Kimberly de animación muy lindas actividades para los niños, recomiendo una discoteca para los adultos , la comida es muy rica y mi habitación muy limpia y organizada... Parece un casa 🏡 la habitación son únicas lo recomiendo vengan
