Personalmente el servicio a la clientela, es súper importante pero no Estoy de acuerdo con la descriminacion y la faltan de respeto al cliente . Personalmente me sentí un mucho poco libre en el hotel por parte del encargado deberían de darle un curso de relaciones humanas y respeto al color raza y credo. El resto del personal encantador los
recepcionistas las personas de servicio a habitaciones, cocina meseras el velador mi agradecimiento a esa gente trabajadora . Una profunda pena que los jefes tengan peor actitud y poco tacto hacia el cliente, sin querer perjudicar a nadie
