The All Inclusive Property is great, but if you walk the beach anywhere there was trash everywhere. Pretty sad that the locals just let trash flow down the waterways onto the beach. Iberostar should hire the hawkers there to clean up the beach, maybe pay them $20 for every trash bag filled!

NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTE HOTEL!!! PÉSIMO SERVICIO al cliente, perdieron las maletas 1 hora y media, el agua se corta en la regadera, cargos extras por diferentes servicios y es un all inclusive, tiene un personal con muy poca actitud de servicio(concierge Ulises).

Les falta mucho personal para tener el hotel limpio, y atender mejor, en los días que estuve ahí no vi a nadie que limpiara pasillos y áreas comunes. no servía el elevador del área de albercas a la playa, falta mejorar la comida tanto en variedad como en la presentación,me lo habían recomendado mucho y la verdad quedaron a deber, es mejor por mucho el Riu de nuevo Vallarta.

Muy contento con el hotel es muy grande hay buenos tequilas y la comida está rica , las albercas muy limpias y muy amplias no batallas en encontrar camastros las camas súper bien es la primer vez que los visito y si volveremos esperando que nos toque lo mismo , hay muchas actividades falta tiempo para recorrer todo , en general todo excelente desde que llegas hasta que sales todos su equipo con buena actitud y muy amables

Stunning resort with an amazing view. The common areas are far more lovely than the rooms, but why would you want to stay in your room the whole time? Photos were accurate upon booking, if anything, the common areas were underplayed online. Lots of food options for any picky eaters but no real standouts. Definitely check out the entertainment in the lobby bar in the evenings! The swim up bar is fun in the sun during the day. The staff was extremely wonderful - every person was smiling and genuinely pleasant to interact with. "Paloma Excellente" from the afternoon salsa lesson was one of our favorites, as well as Gustavo, our waiter for the private dinner. I wish I could recall more names but I think I'll run out of characters if I were to list them all!!! We also did the Rocktails event in the nightclub and had a blast. Perhaps a little campy, but the energy is infectious!!

Hugo at the prestige lounge club area is amazing. Makes you feel like family and will do anything he can to make your time here great. Edison is also great and they compliment each other well in the club area. Mildred in the prestige lounge took care of all our room needs and reservations Was a great experience and Hugo, Edison, and Mildred made it special.

Visited April 21-27 with my husband, parents, and 4 month old baby. We had an excellent experience! I loved the view from the second floor of the ocean front rooms. The beach, pools, and property are beautiful and clean to perfection. I love how the resort is spread out where it never felt overcrowded and it’s not too big that it’s hard to get around. The food was amazing! We particularly loved the steaks at the French restaurant and everything at the Mexican restaurant. This was the first time I’ve traveled with a baby and it was very family friendly. Huge shout out to the customer service! Every employee works so hard and does an excellent job. I want to especially say thank you to Canelo at the wirikuta sunset bar, Cindy and Karen at the lobby bar, and Homberto at the beach bar where they had phenomenal fish tacos every day. My only complaints- the spa pool area was really disappointing compared to another spa I went to at an iberostar in playa del Carmen. The steam room and half of the pool jets were out of service and there aren’t any hot tubs. Other inconveniences with a baby and stroller is that the elevators are really small, take a long time, and we’re out of service a few times. Fun note- I saw 1 coati, 4 iguana, and a lot of kittens on the grounds during my stay and they were so cute!
